Located near the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup, Villa Oakleigh is a large villa of 290 m2 with 4 beautiful bedrooms and a spacious studio. All bedrooms and rooms in the house and studio are air-conditioned. The property offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and a glimpse of the sea. Close to all amenities and only 20 minutes' walk/5 minutes' drive from Tourrettes-sur-Loup.
The magnificent living room opens onto the terrace, garden and swimming pool. A large bedroom with its own bathroom and separate toilet is on the ground floor.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and WC, and a third en suite bedroom completes the first floor.
The garden is flat and fully enclosed, in a green setting not overlooked, with a boules area and a beautiful swimming pool (11 m x 5 m) heated (28Ā°) from May to the end of October.
