250 sq m villa on a 2200 sq m plot with a magnificent landscaped garden planted with several Mediterranean plants, olive and lemon trees.
Situated on a hill, just above the sea, facing south, the villa has a 360-degree view of the Mediterranean and surrounding costal cliffs (Nice, Cap d’Antibes, Cannes, L’Esterel and naturally ‘Les Baous’). It is built by a renowned architect, in a traditional style with stone façade and large windows to flood the villa with sunlight throughout the day. A top class, luxuriously appointed villa furnished with care to provide you with the most relaxing atmosphere. It has many balconies and covered terraces with breathtaking views stretching to the sea over a quiet countryside.

The villa lay in the most sought after area, it is centrally located, within 20 minutes from Nice International Airport, 6 minutes drive to Vence, 10 minutes to Saint Paul de Vence, a highly acclaimed village for its art galleries and within 30 minutes of Monaco and Cannes. At a short distance you are in the picturesque village of Saint Jeannet where you can find restaurants, butchers, groceries and bakeries.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, we had plenty of space as we were a group of eight adults, the kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the walk to the village to for bread/dinner/drinks is so easy, the areas that really need to be looked at are the beds/pillows, one of the beds makes a lot creaking noise and slopes from the sides into the middle of the bed, the smaller bedroom had nothing in there except the beds, nowhere to put your clothes? The pillows are so thin it was as if they were none existent, not great for a good nights sleep we all suffered, used rolled up duvets as a bolster/pillow. We would love to return but only if the few issues mentioned were rectified. Only the master bedroom has a toilet en-suite the others are outside the bedrooms.

Lovely stay, perfect house for family holiday
We had a great time staying at the villa. The heated pool was fantastic for our 9month old baby, the house had a travel cot and baby bath. The sun loungers by the pool were great and the villa had a bbq. Few mins drive to a decent size supermarket or you can walk to a smaller shop & bakery. House is lovely and spacious with lots of zones so families can relax and spread out. All bedrooms have aircon, only one has a toilet. But they all have showers in. My only feedback would be the pillows could be better, only 1 per person and very thin they don't do much! 1 family advised there bed was very hard and squeaked at the smallest of movement through the night. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you.

Rugby World Cup Visit
Four couples enjoyed an eight day stay at this lovely, well presented villa. What a location! The villa was very clean, has a spacious living area of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with plenty of seating for us all. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, glasses and cutlery-everything you would need. The outside again is very well equipped with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for us all, a BBQ, a table tennis table and even an ice maker! We ate outdoors for all of our stay on the terrace. The pool is sparkling and warm, enhanced by the spectacular views down to the coast. From the villa description we presumed all the bedrooms were ensuite, but only one has a toilet. On the first floor two couples had to share a toilet situated on the landing, and the bedroom on the entrance floor again had a separate toilet on that landing. To avoid confusion maybe the description of the rooms and bathrooms should be changed on the website to reflect this. The bed in one of the double rooms may need replacing as it is very noisy and creaky! Some of the mosquito blinds also had holes in them and need renewing. All four bedrooms had aircon. Many thanks to Christel and Babeth, our contact. Communication and instructions were excellent via WhatsApp. All requests were dealt with swiftly. A wonderful holiday to see the RWC matches in Nice. We would certainly use this villa again.

Hidden Gem
Spectacular villa in a beautiful village called St Jeannet. Views of an ancient town on terraced plots with Nice and Cannes in the distance. 10 min walk to the village which has nice bars and restaurants. All in all a 5 star experience reminiscent of the Hollywood Hills.

We stayed at this lovely villa for a week in August. It's spacious and tastefully decorated. Well equipped with a pizza oven and bbq which we took advantage of. The villa has a fantastic outlook with uninterrupted views and plenty of seating areas from which to enjoy it. The pool was warm and there is also a ping pong table. Rooms are a good size (note they all have an en suites but only one with a toilet). The aircon wasn't working in our room but luckily the nights weren't too hot. The village of St Jeannet is within a short walk, it's pretty but quite small - a few cafe/restaurants. Recommend a car for exploring and supermarket shops and plenty of mosquito repellent- they were viscous!

Great position, lots of space
The villa is excellent overall, lots of space for a large group inside and outside. The decor is modern and the kitchen is very well stocked. Unfortunately we did not get the weather to make the most of the outdoor space but there are multiple options for sitting and enjoying the sun or shade. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked very inviting. The bathrooms that have been updated are excellent (although only one has a toilet) but the others could do with this. The beds are a bit uncomfortable (although this is down to personal preference) and more pillows would have been good. The property manager, Elisabeth, was very welcoming and responsive when we had any problems. Overall, a great options for exploring the area around Nice.

Beautiful, well maintained villa with panoramic views.
This villa exceeded our expectations. It is actually more spacious than the photos might suggest. Everything is in mint condition - modern, functional and smart. Lovely pool plus poolside furniture is plentiful and very comfortable. Great BBQ, built into house, with pizza oven. Location very convenient - 20/25 mins from Nice airport and coast. St Jeannet pleasant but not much there, other than useful shops. Mosquitos an irritation at dusk - apparently this year is particularly bad due to a damp spring. Didn't cause us a massive problem but worth mentioning - come prepared. Local vineyard well worth a visit and product is lovely, not every day plonk - the fantastic bottle left for us by the proprietor was highly appreciated - thank you! Would definitely return. I can confirm all bedrooms do have air conditioning, We only had one parasol that was useable when arrived , but within 24 hours after requesting another 1 , 2 new ones arrived. Lovely position and easy walk into small village, little deli visited most days. We also walked to a local vineyard . Our only issue was we are 4 adult couples and only 1 of the bedroom, ensuite bathroom had a toilet. The other ensuite did not. But would that stop us again for visiting ? No.

Spacieuse villa bien adaptée à notre groupe familial de 4 couples plus 1 enfant. Vue superbe; avons apprécié : la pisine chauffée, visites dans la région sous le soleil et pour le plus vaillant grands tours à vélo. Der Außenbereich und der Pool sind Super, die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Allein der Ausblick war die Reise wert. Einziger Nachteil, die Bäder haben teilweise keine Toilette, diese sind auf dem Fluren.

Traumhaftes Haus mit toller Aussicht
Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Dorf ist fussläufig ( 10 Minuten ) erreichbar. Die Küchenausstattung hat leichte Gebrauchsspuren, ebenso die Mückengitter. Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen.
