Rooms were clean. The check in is with a computer online on a camera. It was ok but the internet timed out delaying me getting one of my keys. Would have rather had someone in person. Also the breakfast they offer was basically nothing. We ended up walking across the street and buying breakfast at the Waffle House. Was very disappointed I. The breakfast bc you never even seen a worker there to ask them to restock anything.

They should be shut down! Disgusting place!
Worst hotel experience I have ever had and i travel alot and to many different place & have for over 50 years! Do not waste your money and time! I had ti fight to get just part of the deposit back...becauae there was make up the hand towels! $100 for 4 hand towels!!! The entire place smelled like bug spray. The lights and blinked on and off. You had to check in through a kiosk, but they had a full front desk and the employees were in the office in the back room & refused to come out. They were rude and very argumentative. In the end after I threated to call the police station and report them, they changed me $30 instead of the $100 for the towels & again fought with me about that! He demanded that they were keeping the towels lol umm no ai paid for them they will be bleached and washed and donated to the homeless shelter. Also be warned they have cameras everywhere and will send someone out for just going into the breakfast room to get napkins. Even the rooms hqve hidden cameras that we.found. I will be reporting them and I did take pictures of everything. Adding pictures of the towels (white towels thqy can easily be bleached) so you can laugh along with us about how ridiculous it all is.

Very clean and safe.

HORRIBLE!! Dirty stained sheets/comfortable, dried up blood, two baby roaches. One fell on me from the ceiling. I HAVE PICS OF EVERYTHING!! They charge my card multiple times totaling over $1,200, with 20 mins of being there. (Eventually they refunded some) I'm disappointed ☹️ EXPEDIA even suggested and gave a high rating to stay here.

The hotel is dirty, the staff was nice, but the service was limited. They don’t make beds, the breakfast was gone by 8am and the breakfast area was dirty. We stayed during the holiday and it was $250/night. Super expensive for poor service. Never coming back to this hotel/chain or to Destin. Terrible experience.

I wish there was a balcony or somewhere to hang up towels and bathing suits instead of the laundry room cause i take my laundry home to wash. I don’t take a vacation to have to wash clothes. There could have been hard boiled eggs and regular milk or chocolate milk for breakfast. Our fridge didn’t cool too much and our room was hot most of the time even if we had it on 63 degrees
