Housekeeping made this a horrible experience
The room was very nice and clean. It was bad enough that there were kids banging on the door all night. My issue with my stay is the housekeepers. I don't understand housekeeping coming in the room every 30 minutes without our permission. I called the front desk and the woman who answered was very rude and told me that she didnt know why housekeeping continued to enter the room while we were still sleeping. If checkout is at 11, why was housekeeping entering the room at 8,9, & 10 am? Also, if your going to charge $200(after taxes) a night for a room, the least they could do is include breakfast. I was very unsatisfied with my stay here.

My bathroom had lots of hair in it from a previous guess . When checking out my card was charged although I paid thru hotels.com . It took 3 days for them to correct it. The manager stated as a courtesy my stay would be free . That was nice because I didn’t even ask for that . However it seems he went back on his word as I have yet to receive credit and no one is responding . This is actually the only hotel I visits when in Valdosta . Honestly I may stay again since Valdosta doesn’t have much to choose from

It’s a really nice hotel. The people were nice, the room was comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was good. Bathroom had Dove toiletries - nice touch! My only comment was the room wasn’t as clean as you would expect. The chair by the door had not been wiped up and had something noticeably sticky on it. You have a really nice Keurig coffee maker sitting on a tray with white crust. The microwave hadn’t been wiped up - you could see smudges and food on it. Overall the experience was good / but little details can make or break a stay.
