Room was nice and spacious with a great view of the mountains and river. Breakfast was quite filling. Location is convenient and close to the bus stop.

コンセントが1箇所にしか無くとても不便。 Wi-Fi繋がってもスピードが遅くて結局使えない。 部屋内装、布団、家具など全て古い。 ホテルに入ったとたんカビ臭い。 部屋にトイレ、シャワーが付いていなくてびっくりした。 駐車場は歩いて5、6分程。駐車場看板も無いので本当にそこに止めて良いのか分からずとても迷った。 ホテルは東照宮の入り口の真ん前で便利。 スタッフは親切でした

The hotel has a very nice view of the mountains and river, and is very close to the temples and trail. The public bathhouse is a very typical Japanese experience.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in Japan. The lift was out of order and there was no internet available despite free wifi being advertised. Carrying luggage to the third floor was quite a challenge.The staff kept making excuses but no apologies. Very poor value for money and very unprofessional approach to service. Over priced

This is lovely hotel and has a little shared onsen we used for our 2 nights of stay. It is quiet and peaceful as not alot of guest when we checked in. We had a restful stay. The hotel personnel were always polite and helpful. Arigato!! It has good location just opposite the world heritage shrines. Highly recommended.👍

Little hotel a little bit far away from everything. The wifi was not working in my room and the whole room seems a little bit old and old fashioned. Still charming though. The hotel is a little bit afar from the bus station and their a just few restaurants around and they close early . Luckily a conviennent store was 5 min away. The lake of Nikko is 45 min away in bus . Not 10 minute . I think they need to improve the quality of the mattress they put in the room they are too thin and it can be a problem for people who got back pain . The staff is charming , nice and speak English , they were adorable. The bath is also quiet and clean and it was a nice experience. I can just advice you to skip the terrible breakfast they gave you . Really. Don't eat that . My experience was bittersweet I was expecting better but it was still not bad . Maybe a little bit costy for the overall package

施設は古いですが、素人がしたと思われるリフォームも、この価格だからと納得できます。 冷蔵庫もポット百瀬ドライヤーも普通ですし、コーヒーもいただけます。 エレベーターが故障中で、階段しか使えませんでした。お風呂は熱すぎる湯で、湯船に入れませんでした。でも、この価格なので大満足です。

駐車場まで少し距離はあるが、東照宮に近い点はよい。扉を閉める音が、うるさくて、同じ時に泊まったお客さんによってかなり左右されると思う。今回は、夜中の２時すぎまでうるさくてねむれなかった。朝ごはんも、オプションでつけなくてもいいかも。

一泊二日で、小学生の子ども2人、夫婦2名が四階、そして83歳の母が三階の部屋でした。ですが、宿泊のタイミングでエレベーターが壊れていて動いていませんでした。階段に手すりもなく、母には辛かったと思います。そして非常階段などが見当たらず、火災時の避難対策が不足で怖いです。 また地下にある温泉の脱衣所が狭く、熱めのお風呂の後の他の人との距離が近くて汗がなかなか引かなく…大変でした。 ただフロントの女性はとても丁寧でしたし、東照宮が目の前だったので、アクセス面も良かったです。

大浴場があったのはとても良かったが、基本的に清潔とは言い難い施設です。部屋の畳はベタつく、蜘蛛の巣があったりと、隅々まで清掃は行き届いていないです。でもそんなことは気にせず、泊まれるならオッケイと言う方には、東照宮も近いし、無料駐車場もあるので、いいと思います。

버스 정류장 가까이에 있어 도보로 접근하기 좋았습니다. 방은 넓고 아늑했으며 발코니에 위치한 다실은 계곡물 흐르는 소리가 운치있었습니다. 방 안에 욕실이 없는 것은 단점이라고 볼 수 있으나, 목욕탕이 있어 이 문화에 익숙한 사람이라면 장점으로 다가올 수 있습니다. 스태프는 끝까지 친절했고 조식은 채식 위주의 맛있는 한 상이었습니다.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix! Vue rivière conseillée! Le onsen est très agréable, le personnel très gentil et accommodant. Les sites à visiter sont à qq minutes à pied et l arrêt de bus est à la sortie de l’hôtel, parfait pour rejoindre la gare.
