The woman at the front desk was incredibly argumentative. When we checked in the night before, the front desk said we could have a cup of coffee for free the next morning. We went to get coffee, the woman at the front desk started SCREAMING we had to pay for the coffee. I was apologetic and explained about the night prior. She stated how much the coffee was - I thought she said the coffee was 50 cents/euros. I gave her 1 euro, she started screaming “YOU DON’T HAVE ANYMORE MONEY?!”. My hand was full of change, she grabbed a 2 euro coin from my hand and then slammed a 50 cent/euro on the counter. She was absolutely horrible !!! I noticed her being rude and argumentative with all the guests.

Séjour parfait nous étions en festival de danse l'hôtel est très calme et très propre surtout, ménage fait le jour et la nuit et oui je l'ai vu en rentrant à 4h du matin. Le personnel charmant je recommande

F1 de Nîmes à oublier
Déçue de la chambre, non conforme a ma demande (douche et sanitaire dans le couloir). Vue de la chambre échafaudage. Arrivé d'un bus vers 21h30: clientèles très bruyantes et aucun respect pour les autres clients. Tous ce bruit jusqu'à 23h00 après intervention de ma part. Sejour horrible. Aucune intervention de ma part sur votre site
