Our room wasn’t ready at check in, the carpets were sticky, they gave us 1 king bed instead of 2 queens like we reserved. 3 people in 1 king bed? And of course it was fully booked so the only thing they could do for us was offer a cot. $300 a night for someone to sleep on a cot? Insane.

Ok but disappointing
I reserved a room with two queen beds but there was one king. When I asked the front desk they said that was what I reserved which is not true. We had checked in a little early so it seemed like they could have given us the room we reserved but the desk clerk said there were no rooms available. That was disappointing. No one came To empty our garbage cans or see if we needed towels after the first day.
