This was the second time I stayed at the property. I loved the area and its access to the beach. The property is very clean and its layout. Not noisy at all and you can relax peacefully at the property and beach. The place looks very different than other resorts makes your stay to be unique. I would definitely go back to the same property.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Staff even went above and beyond when she overheard our conversation about our airport transfer pickup time. She called the room and got flight info from us and called the company back and saved the day! This location is seconds away from the beach and VERY clean. Room service was quick and food was delicious. I could go on forever but I have limited space to brag about how AMAZING Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort is! Trust us, stay here, relax, enjoy, be taken care of and leave your worries at home.

I had a lovely stay at Amsterdam Manor, albeit with a bumpy start. I am going to give a fair review - for starters, I have to commend the staff and management for promptly and effectively addressing a complaint I had about the room I was initially given. The team was very respectful, communicative, and more than made up for the issue. I was traveling with 2 service animals, and the hotel placed me in an old room (not remodeled, looked nothing like pics). It was dark, kind of gross, and there were ants crawling up the walls. There was a humidity problem in this room in particular and they had a dehumidifier running to address it - but it was ineffective. C13 is the room - don’t stay in it. I asked to be moved after my first night and noted these problems. They explained they put me there because of my 2 dogs, saying it was a “larger” room. The new room (c2) was beautiful, clean, modern and what I wanted when I booked the hotel. The bed was comfortable, everything was bright and clean. They need to work on finer touches like where to hang the toilet paper roll in the bathroom, and perhaps stocking mini fridge. Beachside service was fantastic and the food was great! The chairs/ huts were exactly what I wanted - not too crowded and gave great shade with a table for cocktails and food. The pool needed to have maybe tilting umbrellas because it was not shady, and it was unclear if there was service there. The hotel is quiet, which I loved. I would gladly return & stay in room c2!

Loved this hotel!! Right across the street from beautiful Eagle beach & short walk to Super Foods. Loved that Passions is affiliated with the hotel & could have breakfast there. Im alrady planning next years visit! Also, i never smelled any odor from the waste treatment facility & I was there for 5 days. Please dont let people saying they did deter you from booking here.

We had peace and quiet bcoz the property is away from all those very fancy hotels and stores that draw crowd. The beach is also not crowded and we can find a space just to ourselves to enjoy.

The best location in our opinion. Small property with everything you need and the staff are very pleasant. Second time there and it won’t be our last. It’s the best.
