The hotel room was spacious and comfortable and hotel is located in a very safe and comfortable area. There is also a good complementary breakfast that came with the hotel room. The only difficulty that I had was in checking in - I had to book my hotel room late at night due to missing a flight at the airport and, when I arrived at the hotel, the office was locked and I had to wait quite awhile for someone to arrive and check me in. Aside from that, though, it was a very pleasant stay overall.

I only stayed there for one night so it served its purpose. This is a older hotel so I didn't give it as big as a rating. I noticed that there was evidence of rat droppings so I was a little nervous about that. However, for the price and you just need somewhere to stay overnight, it's an okay place.

Book this location coming from the airport at 9:00 PM in Aruba I’m from the United States so when I arrived at this property it was closed. I let the property know that the office was closed and I was in a taxi cab that called the number that was on the door, no one answered the number I called the property, trying to get my money back for them to tell me That they’re closed after 6 PM this they emailed me a message a day later giving me their hours. I was scared for my life. It was people standing outside, but no one could help me yet. The property would not give me my money back. This is the worst experience out of the country that I’ve ever experience .

Many improvements have been made in recent years but still could use more. Mattresses were upgraded a few years ago but the one I had this stay had low spots where you sleep and a high spot in the middle and was lumpy. Could really use privacy curtains instead of see thru Roman shades but overall a clean place to stay.

The property was absolutely amazing and the staff were so kind. Housekeeping were always awesome and left the room speck and clean and smelling good every day. The breakfast was good but repetitive and lots of roosters on the property to let you know when it’s the morning. However the property is situated quite far inside the island so unless you rent a car or are willing to call a taxi everything it will be inconvenient. Everything else 10/10, we always got the pool to ourselves at night too very calming and beautiful.
