Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The place was clean, close to Eagle Beach, and the happy hour was great. After checking in, I noticed that the shower in the bathroom was broken. I was worried about the hassle of changing rooms, but when I spoke to the front desk, they fixed it within an hour, so it wasn't a problem.

Hotel is still new but I’m hoping they’ll improve in the future. Nothing really to do there no activity at night very quiet and far from everything. You’ll need to rent a car. Breakfast is free that is great but hoping they would offer fresh fruit smoothie or local breakfast. Dinner only 1 restaurant and overpriced. Ocean view room upgrade wasn’t really an Ocean view it’s more of pool view. Beach area very small and rocky and you’ll have walk across the street which we didn’t mind. The tunnel to get there is smelly I wouldn’t use that I wouldn’t stay here again personally but someone who likes quiet and don’t mind it will like it

The Embassy suites in Aruba was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good. The major drawback was that it was a 15-minute walk to the beaches. Its beach was not that great. They charged you 5 bucks for a beach chair rental when you pay 50 dollars per night for a resort fee.

Overall the staff and the facilities made it so welcoming and we definitely enjoyed all the activities this hotel has to offer. The food was also great and recommend the in-house restaurant.

Omar (concierge) went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I during our visit. He was very personable, provided great dining suggestions, and very hospitable! Our room attendant, Marta Luz, was equally wonderful! She made sure we had what we needed during our stay, and if we were moving a bit slow, she circled back around to our room. Our room always smelled and looked so clean when she serviced it. The staff at the resort are really customer-service oriented. They are great conversationalists and even during challenging times (2 flights were canceled and customers stayed at Embassy Suites), they maintained a smile and worked with the customers in a very dignified manner. It was amazing to observe. Great work Embassy Suites Team!!
