This property is pure luxury in the most desirable location in Aruba! Our unit is situated in the upscale Malmok region on the northern part of the island. We are located in the beautiful, quiet and secure 5-star Gold Coast Villas gated community, across from the Tierra del Sol golf course.

Enjoy our modern professionally decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor unit (no stairs!). It is, without doubt, the nicest property of it's kind in the Gold Coast community!

If you enjoy outdoor dining and lounging, then this is the property for you. Not only does the property offer a spacious and bright indoor area with 2 sliding door exits to the yard but it also includes a private backyard, swimming pool, 2 small sofas, entertainment table, 2 lounge chairs, gazebo covered dining area, and outdoor grill and bar fridge. The yard and pool exclusively for your use. No sharing with others neighbors.

We're only a short drive (2-3 minutes) from the white powder sand beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The Palm Beach district, with its countless restaurants, casinos and shops, is only a 5-minute drive away.

The home is very clean and home like. The kitchen was fully stocked, I have never been on vacation with such great assortment of needed items. The pool was fabulous and the entire private back tard. Highly recommend this stay, we will be back!

This is my second time staying at this condo and it will NOT be my last. The hosts are great, the pool is beautiful and the condo is wonderful. This rental is fantastic. Very good layout and felt much larger than I presumed from the pictures, which was even better since we traveled with another couple. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The 'backyard' space is spacious and was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. We were greeted and shown the property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this rental again if we are able to travel back to Aruba.

Amazing Aruba Gold Coast Villa!!
We had an amazing time at this property! We arrived late afternoon, and Petra the local property manager met us and told us everything we need to know about the property and amenities. Dinner the first night was at the restaurant that is part of the gated community, and it was great! We loved the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms (even though it was only just me and my wife - she got ready every night in the other bathroom!). The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and coffee, etc. We loved having a washer and dryer available throughout our stay. Our favorite part was the private pool and outdoor area. Even though there are four units attached to this one, the pool is just for this unit, and there was no one around while we were swimming, drinking and having fun. We HIGHLY recommend this unit for your next trip to Aruba - we will be back for sure!!!

Relaxation in Paradise
The condo far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and fully stocked with everything to meet our needs. The backyard with the private pool was relaxing and peaceful. Very quiet resort. The kitchen was very well equipped with high end cookware, dishes, etc. We had a very enjoyable week and at the end of each day we experienced a good night’s sleep in a comfy bed. The owner was a delight to work with and provided everything we needed to know about the condo, resort, beaches and restaurants well in advance. Will undoubtedly return when we plan our next trip to Aruba.

Quiet and secluded
All we can really say is this place is perfect ! We finally booked our "Aruba" trip after 10 yrs and couldn't be happier with this property. The backyard/pool area is stunning and the indoor space is well equipped and very clean. Great location and the gated community is very nice and quiet. This property is perfect!! The owners and mgr were extremely easy to work with and available for any questions. We had no need to contact other than letting them know we would be late. This unit is well stocked and the kitchen amenities are incredible, down to having coffee for our consumption along a with a few welcome beers cold in the fridge. Plenty of beach supplies including towels, chairs and coolers. It was extremely hot while we’re were there so we didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful back yard. The location is perfect and a car rental is needed. We like to rent a car to explore anyways. Very short car ride to high rise area for restaurants and shopping and Palm beach as well as close to Eagle beach. I would stay here again and also won’t hesitate to recommend to our friends. Thank you for a lovely birthday week celebrating our daughter.

This property is in a quiet section of Noord. Great for families, highly recommended for families with small children and property is so beautiful and has everything you need. The house is very tastefully decorated, and very clean. The island is so small just rent a car and have the freedom to just about go everywhere on your own terms and eat at local restaurants instead of eating at the resort areas , will save you a bundle.

Great Experience
Upon arrival Casa Bunita was in immaculate condition. The rooms were spacious for a family of 3. Some of the amenity highlights included the back yard space, which had a well kept pool, which was a nice size. Having a washer and dryer was also great feature. Also for those looking to save some money or just have a nice family cooked meal, the kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked great. I would certainly suggest staying at Casa bonita. Looking forward to next time!

25th Anniversary Getaway
The hosts were so thoughtful and arranged for someone to meet with us upon arrival at the property. There was even beer and wine in the fridge for us to help celebrate our anniversary! The welome packet/binder was especially helpful when deciding what to do and where to eat. The property was spotless and had everything that we needed. We can’t wait to return with our son next time!

The moment my family walked in we were impressed with the condo and the location. Everything you need is there for you to use for during your stay. The place was very clean and the backyard was so relaxing and peaceful. They even have a restaurant and small gym on sight! The location was close to everything. This condo (including the fabulous outdoor space) is immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally well-equipped - the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island or lazing on one of Aruba's beautiful beaches. We found it to be even more spacious than the pictures suggest. The hosts and property manager are top-notch. Villa was very comfortable. 2 year staying there. My only suggestion is bring a flashlight for power outages. Power was out for over 2 hours after dark and we had no lights and could not find a flashlight. Bought one the next day and left matches in kitchen cupboard for future renters. Overall a very nice villa.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind
This condo was great! Amenities like espresso machine, coffee maker with coffee and condiments, unlimited kitchen items for every type of food prep, made for a simple, hassle-free place to relax. The pool and outside area was immaculate. Petra, our property manager, was delightful. The location was an easy drive to all parts of the island and the gated community was fully accessible with a friendly gate staff. If you want to relax, this is the place! Beach chairs, towels, coolers, all available to hit the beach.

I have only glowing reviews for Sandra & Alex. They are professional, kind, timely communicators who have an absolutely exceptional property. Location is near to several of Aruba’s top-rated beaches. The property is immaculate & the manager Petra is a consummate professional. She met us at the property, gave a thorough tour & was available for questions throughout our stay. We cannot say enough positive things about this condo! I visited Aruba for the first time with two friends and my NOW FIANCÉ (he proposed in Aruba!) and could not ask for more from our hosts. Perfect, picturesque, clean, and located in the best part of Aruba! If you are on the fence, stay here!
