The room smells like a bar! Iswitched rooms because the smoke was unbearable! The carpet is disgusting… the customer service is horrible and the whole hotel needs to be refurbished!!!

Lots of questionable traffic coming through here with kids running through the halls all times of the day and night. Unpleasant looking people on the parking lot all day roaming. Smell of marijuana indoor and outside as you walk in. The week that I was there the air conditioning failed which resulted in me not staying one night and switching rooms the next night. Lots of maintenance issues and management never responded to my concerns. I was put off for 4 days being told. I sent him a text, I sent him an email, he leaves at 5, he's not in yet. Typical behavior of certain business owners in not so upscale areas servicing a particular demographic of people.

I’ve stayed here before in the past and it was a good stay… this go around it was a average stay they had people lingering outside someone’s suitcases and I’m guessing clothes was outside it wasn’t like it was before ? I like the good customer service from the front desk attendants I didn’t like how the housekeeping staff did not speak English AT ALL! so I had to use Google translate to tell them not to throw anything away in my room other then the trash! They threw away a box that I needed so that was a real bummer. I like how the pool was open but didn’t like how they didn’t keep the chairs and pool towels accessible to everyone so had to keep walking to get some. My room was nice and clean and big! I loved that! I hated that my rooms phone didn’t work at all! So I had to keep going from the top floor to the bottom floor to request things I needed in the room and when I told the front desk person he was just like “ oh well” like he brushed it off. I mean granted he was a younger guy and he was nice but my hotel phone not working ? What if it was an emergency ? That’s not very safe now is it!. But overall I enjoyed my stay I love the closeness of everything in the area. But this hotel could be better. My last stay here was great this time ?also the breakfast wasnt even worth going to they had nothing. Fruit, toast, and coffee, and juices.
