Tolles Haus mit einer sehr schƶnen Einrichtung. Kleines Manko ist das auƟerhalb des Hauses gelegene GƤste-WC sowie der nicht vorhandene FuƟweg auf dem Weg zur nahegelegenen StraƟenbahnstation. Aber dafĆ¼r kann der Gastgeber nichts.

Tolle Unterkunft NƤhe Leipzig Zentrum und doch auƟerhalb
Der Bungalow liegt super zentral, in 15 Minuten Autofahrt ist man zum Beispiel beim Zoo oder nƤchsten groƟen See. Bahnanbindung besteht auch. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und der Garten ist groƟ und gut eingezƤunt. Das sehr groƟzĆ¼gige Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und es gibt nichts zu meckern. Dazu ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der stets erreichbar ist. Perfekt fĆ¼r Urlauber mit Kindern und Hund.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in zentrumsnahem Idyll
Unser 3-tƤgiger Aufenthalt in dem Bungalow war hervorragend. Von der Buchung Ć¼ber den Bezug bis zur Abreise verlief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter beispiellos gut. Auf kleine Probleme und kurzfristige WĆ¼nsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber eingerichtet und lieƟ kaum WĆ¼nsche offen. Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist besonders geeignet fĆ¼r Kinder und Hunde. Nach AusflĆ¼gen nach Leipzig konnte man sich hier super ausruhen. Die nahegelegene Bahnstrecke ist kaum zu hƶren und auch Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten sind in 5 - 10 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem lƤsst diese Unterkunft kaum WĆ¼nsche offen und wir werden den Bungalow bei unserem nƤchsten Leipzig Besuch definitiv nutzen. (Insgesamt waren wir 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Hund)

Nur zu Empfehlen ā€¦ was will man mehr
Wir, 8 Freunde mit 4 Hunden, haben 1 Wochenende in der Ferienunterkunft verbracht. Das Haus hat eine gute stadtnahe, ruhige Lage mit StraƟenbahnanbindungā€¦was will man mehr. Die Mitnahme von mehr als einem Hund war nach kurzer Anfrage beim Vermieter gar kein Problem. Der Garten ist eingezƤunt und perfekt fĆ¼r Hunde und Menschen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super freundlich und zĆ¼gig. Das Mietobjekt beinhaltet alle wichtigen Utensilien die man benƶtigt, von HandtĆ¼chern Ć¼ber BettwƤsche, bis hin zu einer sehr gut ausgestattet KĆ¼che. Ein groƟes Lob fĆ¼r die Einrichtung. Es war alles picobello sauber.

Wir waren mit Freunden Ć¼bers Wochenende dort. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Das Durchgangszimmer ist etwas ungĆ¼nstig. Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist sehr groƟ. Es wƤre schƶn, wenn zum Entspannen Liegen vorhanden wƤren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Das Haus ist sehr gerƤumig, die Anordnung der Zimmer sind perfekt, auƟerdem ist es super modern eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist Ć¼berdacht, man sitzt dort sehr ruhig und geschĆ¼tzt, haben schƶne Grillabende dort verbracht. Das groƟe GrundstĆ¼ck ist natĆ¼rlich auch ein groƟer Pluspunkt, Kinder kƶnnen sich richtig austoben und fĆ¼r Hunde ist es auch optimal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten einen sehr schƶnen Urlaub.
