Deceiving online/ we were on the 5th floor with out of order elevator and a child. Website said breakfast was included however there was no breakfast. Dead bug in the bathroom, and no hinges on bottom of bathroom door so it would not shut properly. Would not recommend!

We did not like anything. The room was smelly, dead bugs everywhere, toiket did not work and no water pressure in the shower. The rooms dont look like anything as advertised. Supposed to have a continental breakfast, that was false advertising, no breakfast. The are around the place was unsafe and dirty, garbage everywhere. The elevators did not work had to walk up stairs which had bugs everywhere. This place should not even be opened to the public.

The stay was terrible, the staff was extremely unprofessional, the room was filthy, there was used underwear left on the lampshade in my room. There were footprints on the bed sheets and the tv had no sound. We were placed in three different rooms, the front desk clerk said thar we asked for a smokers room so what did we expect. I asked for a refund and was denied, i would have rather slept in my car than that room.

Elevator broke, no breakfast as was promised, told coffee/tea in room, but no coffee maker. Had to walk up 5 dirty flights after knee surgery. Severely stained bedding, curtain held up by two ends, staff blaming no breakfast until they pass inspection. What can I say? Ugh!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER. I pulled into the hotel and notice at least two drug attics/prostitutes walking away from the hotel. Then I noticed the condition of the building itself, which appeared to be very sketchy. The parking and grounds lot were not kept. I went against my gut and all my common sense and still checked in. The hotel staff appearance was very unprofessional. I received my room assignment which was on the fourth floor. When I got to the stairwell I noticed trash and the elevator was broken. I opened the room door and it reeked of marijuana smoke, not to mention the room was dusty and humid. Needless to say, I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for my money back. They told me I had to handle that with Expedia since I booked through a third party. I could not spend another second in that place. I booked another hotel approximately 30 minutes away. I am waiting for Expedia to make me whole for the money I lost from the original booking.

Property is sketchy. Elevator is not working, we have to carry our luggage to 4th floor, and stairs stinks smells like piss and there are used condoms all over the place. the room smells like weed even though it is a non smoking room. lights are not working the bathroom floor is flooding and the tub is not draining.

The property is definitely run down. Elevators were broken (being fixed though), tub didn't drain in one room and the ceiling was caving in in another rooms bathroom, small rooms, NO free breakfast (false advertisement). BUT they had a decent pool. Couldn't tell you how clean it was but it was nice to have the option.
