Favorite hotel
Whenever I visit Norfolk VA, this hotel is my favorite, if room's are available. I haven't had any issues besides noisy guests, besides not being able to pick your neighbors, the staff is great, so is the food and the hotel room was immaculate, smelled fresh and I slept well. Floors in room weren’t clean. Room was humid. Fans were dirty and had to be cranked up to make the room not humid. Missing covers for lights in bathroom. Door to room very hard to close. When we first went to the room it was open. Staff was very pleasant especially the person who checked us in.

There were some knats(small flying bugs) in the room and the room also had a very peculiar smell when first entering, other than that I thought the room was very nice but it was a little pricey. Undecided if I were to rebook or not.
