The staff were super nice and welcoming. The room we had was nice and clean, reasonable price. The hotel wasn’t far from where we needed to be. Free parking and breakfast a plus. The only downfall, wish checkin was a little earlier than 4pm after traveling all day.

The room was great. We had hoped to utilize the indoor pool with our grandson; however, it is not heated and the water was to cold to use. The breakfast was not great. We went down about 830am and they were out of both bacon and biscuits. These items were not replenished during the time we were in the dining area. If you've never had a bagel with gravy do yourself a favor and don't.

Our room was not ready when we checked in at 11:45PM. Staff blamed it on overbooking. They "found" a room for us to use but had to clean it for another 45 minutes. Also, they never had enough towels. We had a room for 6 people and they only stocked it with 2 towels. Whenever we asked for more towels they told us they were "in the wash". We were not offered a discount of any kind or even an offer to make it right. Don't stay here. They can't handle large occupancy.
