Since the hotel is near the outlet mall there were a number of options for meals within walking distance. That area, also, felt safe.

Okay hotel for an overnight stay for family. Could use remodeling though. Currently looks like an old building that has had some cosmetic work done and needs a bit more. Fine for price we paid.

The bathroom was dirty. It had mold and dirt in the corners. Shower had no exhaust fan, bathroom was humid and moldy. The carpet was stained and the sofa sleeper smelled bad. The water pressure was low, almost a drip. Same with rhe sink. No extra blankets or linen for sofa sleeper, didng have any extra pillows or towels. The whole place smelled like weed, no hand sanitizer in dispensers. Homeless individuals coming in the lobby at night. Bad experience, even though we were only there to pretty much shower and sleep. Staff was not helpful at all.

This was possibly the worst day we’ve ever had in a hotel. The lights in our room did not work. The people that were staying beside of us were banging and screaming and yelling until about 3 o’clock in the morning and then at 6:15 their alarm started going off and kept going and kept going and kept going. I am guessing they were not in the room. We knocked on the door nobody answered, finally we ended up checking out about 730 or eight because we had had . We did go down to the lobby to say something to somebody down there about the noise, but we could not find anyone. The elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment, and there was a strange smell.

We made a reservation after driving 9 hours on our way home from Florida for my daughters make a wish for she is battling cancer we arrived at the hotel to find that we could not be accommodating due to a problem with their system leaving my family without a place to stay and to drive further with no sleep.

My family and I have been staying in different hotels for years, and we never experienced the kind of bad atmosphere at Quality Suites Lake from outside to inside the building. We arrived late at night, the place was dirty, bad smells and not appealing at all. We canceled our reservation with the help of amazing customer service at Expedia. I explained the reason why we're not staying and we're very thankful and appreciative that Expedia refunded us the full amount and gave up $50.00 credit to use to book for a different hotel.

My stay was easy and convenient; I did see one roach in my room :( and as I was checking in there seem to be a few "locals" out front. I noticed that there were a few people there that seem to be possibly "hotel hopping" I personally would just prefer to stay somewhere resort-ish, and to be around mostly people who are traveling as well. The breakfast buffet was awful, I appreciated the fact they served turkey products besides pork but it tasted disgusting. The potatoes were cold and soft!!

Only issue I experienced was the common areas didn't have central air, so it was very hot and humid at breakfast. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay. Beds were comfortable. When we had a concern about the bathroom, they handled it immediately. Breakfast was cool, just wished they didn't use Old Bay in the potatoes. And the area has gone through some major redevelopment. Lots of new stores close by and Mission BBQ. And the price was reasonable. Will definitely stay again next year.
