Not worth the money
We stayed from Friday until Sunday. They put us on the top floor but apparently the a/c was broken so it was so hot on that floor and in the hallway. We weren’t told about this at all. The maintenance man said someone broke it. The ice machine didn’t work. The pillows were so hard and uncomfortable and the beds weren’t much different.

I booked a suite for 4 people, requiring the use of the sleeper sofa. Why can’t they be made with softer mattresses? Using the sleeper sofa made for very tight quarters. Only one set of towels were provided for 4 people. At breakfast, the coffee ran out fast without someone checking on it.

Customer service was great. The facilities needed upgrading especially the rooms and a/c units especially for the price. The a/c unit in our room was extremely noisy that it was very difficult to sleep.
