Me and my husband stayed here this pass weekend and the customer service was amazing! Valet parking only 11 dollars a day and easy check in. The food we ordered from the bar was pretty good as well as the breakfast! We stayed in their King suite the view was amazing and the room was really cute..The staff left a bday note for my husband..ballon’s and cute messages that were written on the mirrors. Thank you guys so much for putting in the xtra effect! The bed was really comfy as well! I would definitely stay again! The Moxy was a vibe!

Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay at The Moxy

I had a fantastic stay at The Moxy! The staff provided outstanding customer service, making my experience truly memorable. Special shoutout to Rocky, the manager at the front desk, and the friendly valet attendant with dreadlocks. The restaurant staff was equally impressive—especially the server who worked around 1 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. Moxy should be proud of the exceptional team they have! If I had to give 1 small critique that would be (unless I missed it) is to start putting ice machines on the floors and microwaves in the rooms.

While the lobby and reception area created a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, our stay was unfortunately marred by significant issues with housekeeping and room maintenance. Hot water was intermittent, and the toilet was repeatedly clogged. Despite being relocated to another room, these problems persisted. Furthermore, the hallways appeared neglected, with signs of inadequate cleaning.

Amazing stay in VA Beach

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was clean, fun, and friendly. The location oceanside and by the boardwalk made for excellent place to take walks and enjoy the sunrise. The staff was friendly, and the lady who working checkin on 1/2 (didn't get her name) was so friendly and helpful. She went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. This was our last stop on our Christmas break road trip, and it was definitely the grand finale!

Our first time at a Moxy, and I am a fan for life! Every staff person was friendly and accommodating- to us and our two large dogs! The atmosphere was contagious, making other guests friendlier too! The VaB location could not be more convenient! We will be back!
