Overall it was good, will book again if i had to. For the prices would be nice to a least put bottled water in the rooms besides just coffee. Otherwise room was nice and neat.

It was just okay.
First it’s a beautiful clean hotel. We did not arrive until 11pm. It was late. Check in took some time because there were problems with the system. No big deal. But when we got to our room. I had specifically booked two queen beds for 4 people. and I got one bed and a pull out. We were too tired to go back down and ask to switch. Pulled out the bed and it was just a mattress. Only a flat sheet one pillow and thin blanket in the closet. We made do by using items from the bed but it was disappointing. It’s not what I paid for.

The evening we checked in, we found hair and crumbs in the sheets. I went to the lobby for an extra set of sheets as it was 9:30pm. When I went up to remake the bed, we then found a pair of men’s underwear in the sheets. Needless to say, we asked for another room. We will never stay there again. I had to resubmit this review to remove the photo of the said underwear. Unfortunate that I cannot attach an image of what my daughter and I were subjected to.

Needs more communication.
The room was very nice but we had a couple of problems with it. The lower accessability shower head was not working. We let the front desk know about it and they said someone would be sent to fix it. When we came back to the room we could tell someone had been there, but it was not fixed and there was no note or communication from the front desk about it. I know, since covid, it is common for rooms to not be cleaned, but there is usually something in the room letting you know. There was no notification so I was a little surprised our room wasn't clean. I would have appreciated a heads up.

The room had a sofa in it with stains on it. The bathroom had a bug behind the door and there was a couple of bugs on the floor behind the entryway to the room. There was no valet and I had take a cart out to my car and load my luggage on the cart, maneuver it upstairs on the elevator and then return the cart downstairs and then park my car across the street at the Amtrak station. I explained that I had 3 broken ribs but that didn't matter. I asked the desk clerk if there was a pool and she said no even though the next morning I was told by that desk clerk that yes they did have one. Google Maps also doesn't take you to this location, it's at the opposite end of the street. I had to walk to Jimmy John's for a sandwich for supper because there was no food on site. Very disappointed for the price they charge.

Spacious room- good value
Good location. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Surprisingly, complimentary shampoo & conditioner weren’t all that bad. Breakfast was more than ample.
