Got to the hotel, the lady at reception was very nice and the hotel itself looked pretty well kept. - Went to put things away in the fridge… there was still food in the fridge from whoever was in the room before. - Closed the blinds (we were on the 1st floor) and they quite literally fell from the ceiling. - After this I was not pleased, My fiance took it up with the front desk and the response was “oh that happens all the time, we will deal with it tomorrow” (about the blinds, didn’t even acknowledge the fridge)
