This house will have you relaxing into complete holiday mode from the moment you walk through the doors.
The home is centrally located in a prestige neighborhood just moments from the township of Normanville with only a short walk from some trendy cafes, a premier golf course, and a quick drive from the beach.

Contemporary two-story holiday home with relaxing and inviting decor and designed to bring the outside in.
Featuring four generous sized bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests, two large family living areas, alfresco dining, 4 bathrooms/WCs, a fully enclosed rear yard, and its pet friendly (upon application), which makes this enticing property appeal to families and groups alike all whilst offering stunning rural views.
Upstairs in the heart of the home, you will find the open plan living, the kitchen comes fully equipped with stylish crockery, glassware, cutlery, and every appliance you can think of, from a Nespresso coffee machine through to a slow cooker and everything in between.
Enjoy effortless cooking on the large freestanding gas cooker complete with other stainless-steel appliances.

A comfortable lounge area adjacent to the kitchen with a gas combustion heater, and low line couches invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings watching all the sports and movies you desire on the large 65inch TV.
Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open out to the extensive balcony, making a seamless transition to alfresco living. This gorgeous all-season entertaining area comes complete with a large dining table, comfy lounge, bbq facilities and the comfort and ease of electric blinds.

The beautiful master bedroom is located upstairs, it includes a queen-size bed, large ensuite, built-in robes, and has direct access to the balcony with a rural outlook.

Downstairs is a perfect spot for the children or teenagers to hang out in the large 2nd living area complete with a flat-screen TV and board games. You will also find the main bathroom and three other bedrooms downstairs which are made up of 2 queen size beds, 2 sets of bunks (top bunks are not suitable for adults) , and 2 mattresses. All bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans for those hot summer nights.

The backyard was designed with comfort and entertaining in mind. You really are spoilt for choice with this backyard, presenting a beautiful pizza oven located under a newly constructed pergola featuring festoon lighting, a fire pit, manicured lawns fit for a golf course and it's fully enclosed so that your little ones can roam free and make it pet friendly so that everyone can come on holidays.

This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing breakaway and was designed with comfort in mind, catering to all your needs and would suit all types of families, groups of friends, golfers, pet lovers, and the list goes on. The open plan set up of the home allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space, the seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers for an easy connect for outdoor dining and easy supervision of the children.

In the surroundings enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos in the morning and evening, horses, numerous native birds, foxes, hares, and rabbits.
Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. Unfortunately we did not stay at this property as the air conditioning was not working. We did get moved to a house down the road which did not suit our family. We were all quite disappointed with the weekend stay.

What a wonderful stay we had with family and friends to celebrate a significant birthday. As dog owners we wanted them to join us too! This property was perfect. Plenty of room for the hoomans and a great, secure yard for the dogs. We’ll be back.

Great family getaway
The house is well laid out and uncluttered, with two spacious living areas, and comfy beds. It’s location just out of town made it quiet, and provided a good morning walk into Normanville. We enjoyed several kangaroos each evening in the adjoining paddocks, but the horse was missing.. Highly recommended

Great location, house very comfortable for group of 7. Everything available. Just one thing, it is listed as 4 bathrooms, correct that it has 4 toilets, which was fabulous, but only 2 showers/bath, 1 upstairs in main bedroom/en-suite & 1 downstairs. Absolutely recommend this property.

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible, you can self cater with the lovely outdoor pizza oven or bbq available or just duck to the hotel as we did, due to the wet weather, and enjoy a night out.
