Villa 12 South Shores Resort, Normanville – with lagoon view & pool/beach access

Located in the South Shores gated community and set over 2 levels, this trendy villa provides a great holiday experience – enjoy the upper level light filled open plan living area, with dining and modern kitchen flowing through the bi-fold doors to the entertainment deck with a view along the lagoon to the main pool. Barbecue on the balcony whilst relaxing and taking in the water fountain features and birdlife in this eco friendly environment. A short stroll along the boardwalk to enjoy the magnificent Normanville beach coastline and sunsets.

The villa is equipped with reverse cycle aircon and has ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. The 3 bedrooms all have wardrobes and are located on the lower level. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and bifold doors opening out to a private lower deck area on the lagoon. It also has its own ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom 2 single beds. These bedrooms have ready access to a generous size bathroom on the same level.
Additional villa features include a powder room/toilet for convenient guest and visitor access on the upper level and laundry with washer and dryer.

South Shores is a short drive to the Normanville and Yankalilla townships and the well known Carrickalinga beach area. The Villa community offers guests peace of mind for safety, has its own onsite Caretaker and varied facilities including 2 swimming pools, grassed reserves with barbecues and children’s playground. Adjacent to the beach and with scenic views of horses, cattle and kangaroos grazing in countryside surrounds, it is a great holiday option.

There is so much to enjoy for couples looking for a private retreat and families spending time together within the secured Villa complex. Experience the local Fleurieu cuisine and order in from the many cafes and businesses offering takeaway food if you don’t feel like cooking! Take in the beautiful views with drives along the Fleurieu coastline, through Inman Valley to Victor Harbor and through the local winery regions.

Nice villa
4 girlfriends. Perfect location 10 mins walk along beach to Normanville. Great pool. Beach access 2mins. Villa was well equipped, comfortable, nice decor and good appliances. Need to take bedding and towels. Floors were a bit dirty especially under couches.
