Had to ask about rooms being cleaned or at least being tidied for a 3 night stay. I just assumed that they would be at some time during the duration of my stay. I wish they tell their customers that when they check in.

When travelling with children and having to plan meals. We chose this location based on reviews of breakfast options. They do offer hot food, breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs, and diy waffles blueberry and original. Hot coffee and tea, apple juice orange juice and water as well as ypgurts, apples banana bagels cream cheese, english muffins, toast/bread oatmeal packages brown sugar flavour, boiled eggs. We were please with the selection. It was quiet and super comfy pillows.

Great location, easy to find. Rooms clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast, very clean room, always being refilled with food and coffee. Only con…..no street number to be seen, and was not sure we had the right hotel.

The wife here. The room was very nice. My husband and I appreciated the decor, proximity to the car, fridge and high quality TV. The mattresses were concave, not flat, but still comfortable. Unfortunately, my spouse scratched his calf as he got out of bed. There was something sharp jutting out of the side of the mattress. He brought this to the attention of Reception so someone else doesn’t get hurt. Also, although we had booked a ground floor, specifically, on Expedia less than an hour before we arrived, we were told that we had not. The gentleman at reception ultimately honoured the choice.
