Not the best service. When I first got there, I noticed a dirty sheet so I called to request new sheets. I had to contact the front desk 3 times about clean sheets. I didn't get clean sheets until about 3/4hrs later. The next day I had to contact the front desk twice about getting my room cleaned for that day. No one showed up until between 4-5p. The waterfront restaurant played loud music Tuesday night until a bit after midnight. I couldn't sleep, so I called the front desk. He mentioned they should have been closed, and said I can call the cops. Unfinished shower ceiling. It looked bad. The lobster dish was very tasteful. My balcony room was great. Nice and accommodating desk staff.

The hotel was nicely situated in a beautiful bay. The restaurant was nice and picturesque. The rooms were good but you can tell it's an older building, the pool was nice.

Although the room was ok, it did come with some bugs at night. However receptionist when checking in was extremely rude and dismissive to not only us but multiple other guests, we weren’t able to check in till 4pm and had no where for us to store suit cases and it was only 11am. We were told to bad and there was nothing they could do and stated we would be asked to leave if we came up to the counter again. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Property itself is in a good location. Its away from everything which is good for the quietness, but secluded if youre not in a car. Staff were a bit of a mixed bag. Front desk seemed friendly but we felt they gave us the runaround a lot. We also called the hotel 14 times over 2 hours to confirm and no one picked up. Cleaning staff seemed clueless to customer service. They would often cut us off with their laundry carts, block the elevators, block entrance ways and cut in front of you. Not a lot of friendliness there either. Rooms were nice. The keycard or the door lock itself were bad. We needed to get our keys recoded 19 times over 5 days! $20 USD per night for parking was very steep. Restaurant attached nice but very expensive. 2 appetizers and 2 drinks ran us $110 USD there. Overall, it was a 3-Star experience. We would not go back here.

Disappointed, parking was not $20 as advertised it was $25, for uk visitors it is difficult to pay using QR codes and does not recognise uk numbers, had to use hotel no so didnt get reminder to update parking.AC was hit and miss could do with some instructions on how to use! No coffee maker in room just a machine in reception which was $2.50 for an 8oz cup. Wifi was poor.
