Pros: There were no cockroaches. The trial size shampooconditioner provided looked to be ok. When I called ph# posted on lobby door, someone answered the phone. Cons: We reserved a room with a king bed & got a free downgrade to a bed with one extra super soft queen bed. When we went to check in, the lobby door was locked, with a different ph# to call than the one listed on Google for this motel. The man who answered didn't understand that I had reserved a room, and asked what room I would like, how many people, etc. And it was strange to be asked, "would you like to wait?" after reserving a room, finding the lobby locked, calling the number, providing my info. The wait time to check in was about 15 15 min. After a fellow arrived, he fished around for stuff, and logged into a computer, explaining nothing at all. After 10-15 min., he had me fill out a page & pay for room, then provided 1 key for our party. There was a booger on the wall where a headboard would be. There was smeared feces inside the toilet. There were clumps of goop in the bathroom & on floor by bed. There was no version of any kind of trash receptacle or bag at all in the room. The TV didn't work. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper to last us 2 days. I honestly believe all staff is trained to be hostile & "hard," instead of cordial & welcoming, to prevent patrons from asking for help if anything goes wrong.

I was supposed to be charged $68 and when I got there the ride person working there stated that, “that booking isn’t available” and I was charged $85 for a room that was VERY dirty, to the extent that there was per on the toilet seat and bodily fluid on the comforter. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom at all. We brought in our own paper and pillows and blankets. The surrounding area is also very dirty

This is a weekly stay hotel, I cannot believe it is on Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE. They WILL NOT give you your money back if you hand them any form of payment. The smell in two separate rooms was so unbearably strong that we could not breathe. Cigarette burns on the comforters. No locks on the windows. This place should be demolished. The guy behind the counter told us to “stop making this his problem.” When we insisted that we could not stay here and wanted to cancel the charge.

Terrible…not enough towels for two people, no washcloths at all, dirty floor, mildew in the toilet, no bar soap, barely warm water in shower… that was all in the second room. Room #18 was the first room…let’s start with tiny dead bugs in between the sheets!!!!

Disgusting
It was horrible after being charge a cleaning fee i had to clean my own room. It has a disgusting dirty conforter, horrible odor, mold on walls and fridge ,under the bed a petrified old anial terd, pee on the walls, it was gross. When i tried to tell manager he just looked at me like i was dumb and said ok.

This property has hidden costs and will charge you extra money on top of the original price, the property is not clean and smells bad as we'll of the front desk having no customer service to speak of, it's actually laughable how bad this place is. DON'T STAY HERE.

It was conveniently located. The person who checked me in was very unfriendly and would barely even speak, the sink had some dirty waxy substance in it and the shower also was not clean, the sheets had red stains on them, the pillows inside the pillowcases were dingy, the people in the next room were fighting, yelling, cussing and fighting

I’m very disappointed. We paid for our room with the insurance, & they locked the building before we got there & then they would not let us in to get to our room for the night. We ended up having to find another motel & staying there instead & had to pay for a new motel & so we got treated badly by the original placed we booked, & we even bought the insurance.

The room wasnt clean. I'm unsure if they changed the sheets kn the mattress. I say matress becuase its not on a frame. Broken glass jn the drawer and on the floor. Trash in the nightstand. Cigarette butts in the trash. I guess you get what you pay for. It was $52.00 I guess I should be happy for four walls and a roof.

The owner Lisa is very nice. The manager in the office is very rude and will argue with you on price after you have already booked your room with ebookers have proof that the price is lower.
