Sully's Sanctuary Centrally located/North Bend

Enjoy a stay on the Oregon coast in this spacious bedroom, complete w/ private entrance, comfy queen-size bed, large private bathroom, and sitting area. A mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, wi-fi, Smart TV/DVDs, tea, coffee (dairy and non-dairy creamer options), and dedicated off-street parking is provided.

This secluded and quiet space has natural light throughout the day and is locked off from the main home giving you complete privacy. There is a connecting door to our side of the house (it is of course locked and closed at all times). Recently, sound barrier panels were placed on both sides of the door to increase privacy.

The guest suite is tucked away from the street, providing a serene setting.

There are numerous amenities to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and cozy.

There is space to sleep another person on a rollaway bed with a natural latex mattress topper. The bed can be provided and set up in the bedroom. I want people to know in advance that though there is space for this additional bed, it does make for cozy quarters. Prior to arrival date, guest will need to request for this bed to be set up. Should the bed be requested without a 3rd guest listed on the reservation, an additional $30.00 fee will be applied. See House Rules for further payment instructions.

The property was immaculate with lots of little "extras" (shampoos, soaps, even a diffuser with several optional oils). It was extremely quiet and in a very convenient location. We could park our car in a safe, off-street spot right outside our door. The host provide great information about the surrounding area. Would highly recommend this property.

Second time staying at Sully’s cottage. Very clean, decorated, and quiet. Everything you would need and more.. Host is kind and helpful, if ever needed. From top to bottom our two night stay in this three room home was everything we could need and want. Felt like home with all the decorations, fridge, microwave. Bed was very comfortable and soft. Bathroom was large , two sinks, large shower with a bench seat for comfort. Many extra products in case we had forgotten something we may have needed. My wife and I travel quite a bit and usually stay in "small homes" as we call them. Shannyn, our host, has a most spectacular "small home." We drove down the street and there was our host, she directed us into the private alley and parking spot not more that 20 feet from the front door. A beautiful flower garden greeted us as we went up the stairs to the home. Entering we found all you could ask for. Exceptionally clean, well furnished with good taste, everything explained in detail about the home and all the electronics. Wonderfully comfortable bed, high quality sheets, towels, etc. Would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area. You will want to stay more days than you booked! A+ rating to our host, Shannyn.

Sully’s Sanctuary is the perfect place to stay in Coos Bay. The property is centrally located and near everything. Shannyn has made sure that your stay at her home is the most comfortable it can possibly be. The house is immaculately clean, the furniture and decorations are tasteful and compliment the space. There is plenty of room for two, off street parking, easy entry and exit, and she has provided many of the things you will want for your stay. My wife and I loved this place. Book this house, you won’t regret it.

Sullys was clean, fresh smelling and equipped with everything that was presented in the listing and more. Entry was made with ease. As you enter the Sanctuary, you walk in to the very clean, bright and eclectic large king bed/bedroom. The decor is very calming with amazing artwork. The Kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig, is very well stocked with all of the supplies that you need to prepare all meals and clean up. The bathroom is very large with a walk-in shower, double sink, and all amenities needed. Very clean. We came in on motorcycles and Shannyn provided everything that we needed for a great stay without us bringing a thing. Check in and check out process was seamless. We look forward to our next stay.
