Right location, not customer friendly.
Our check in was nice. Room had significantly scarred wood furniture, but frig and micro which we needed. No staff at desk at 10am. Decided to stay another night but only staff there was cleaning lady. She gave us towels for pool because there were none. Later another staff yelled at us for taking the towels without permission! Second day we opened the curtains and loads of flies came out. Management did give us another room which they said was an upgrade, but our bill was same. The location was nearest to family, but we wouldn't stay there again.

Worst Stay of any hotel - ever
Absolutely horrific, needed to change rooms 3 times. We requested a specific room which was to accommodate 5 people. The room given to us had only 1 bed - clearly not enough. We were told we could get a rollaway bed but we would have to be charged additional for it. Then when we received it, it was broken. Room 2 - changed to a 2 queen bedroom - but the bathroom door was locked!!! Desk attendant had NO keys for it - then was surprised when we asked for a different room where we could actually use a bathroom!!!! Then he start ramming the bathroom door with his shoulder scaring my kids!!! We finally got another room - but not before a power outage that left us stuck in a dark elevator. Such a joke of a stay - on my husbands birthday.

Disappointing Experience: Rude Reception and Lack
Upon arrival at the hotel, my experience at the reception was disappointing. The staff member was impolite and disrespectful. He handled my check-in with a noticeable lack of courtesy, tossing the room keys to me without an envelope and not providing the room number. Once I reached my room, I found that it was inadequately supplied with towels. There were not enough towels available, which was inconvenient. Additionally, at the pool area, I discovered there were no towels provided for guests. This lack of basic amenities significantly impacted my overall experience at the hotel.

When We Checked In We Were Given No Information About Pool Hours or Wi-Fi Password (Most Hotels Give This Info Out As Handing Room Keys) The Attendant Had An Issue When We Asked For Another Room Key As There Were 4 of Us And Not Always Together When My Wife Went To Ask For More Pillows And Blankets For The Pull Out Bed The Desk Attendant Was Kinda Rude 2 of The 3 Lamps In The Room Plus The Clock Didn't Work The Bathroom Only Had 1 Roll of Toilet Paper In It When We Left My Mother Told The Morning Attendant About The Lamps And Clock And All His Response Was "ok"

The room was a bit run-down: the mini-kitchen area lacked any silverware or cutlery for use; the closet in the bedroom had a broken hinge; the bathroom shower curtain was stained with mildew; the pull-out sofa had no sheets or pillows in the room (needed to request). During a multi-night stay, there was no trash removal, room cleaning, sheet change, or towel exchange. The pool area had no supply of towels (had to request at front desk). The complimentary breakfast had literally no fruit available of any type. But the property was quiet, and generally clean.

I will NEVER stay here again
When I arrived I couldn't find anyone working there. Finally someone came out of what ended up being the breakfast area so I got checked in. I had booked a one queen suite and ended up in a 2 queen standard which was no big deal, but it was stinky. I always carry room deodorizer and a candle so I made it work. The air conditioner didn't keep it very cool. Later that evening I went to the vending machine and it wouldn't give me what I wanted so I tried something else and it didn't give me that and kept my money. I went to the front desk and the person was texting or something. When I told him what happened and he told me to call the company who supplies it, that did nothing so I went back and was upset and again he was texting and when I told him I wanted my money back he laughed and said I could talk to a manager in the morning. I was not impressed. The next morning when I came to check out, it was the same person again sitting in the same chair texting. I will NEVER stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!

We called ahead to see if we could check in early. They said we could with a 35.00 fee. No problem. Arrived at 1 to check in and was sent to a room. The room was still being put together, the staff was cleaning the room and the room was not ready. We went back downstairs to let them know. They did not apologize and sent us to another room. That room had a toilet that was stuffed with toilet paper, feces, and urine. It would not flush. The bed was also dirty. We went back downstairs to advise the staff. Again, They did not apologize but set us up with another room. Never will we stay here again. I cannot believe the lack of customer service we received after being sent to 2 dirty rooms. Disappointment still cost me $35.00.

The laundry service was subpar. The washing machine leaked and flooded the floor. When notified the desk was aware of the problem but had not fixed the issue. Someone could have slipped and fallen. The dryer also has issue not working properly. Either fix the problem or lock the area until fixed properly
