The refrigeration wasn't cold and it was leaking water. It took 4 days for them to service my TV. I loved the island but the food wasn't what we hoped for. I felt like I was at a Chinese buffet. Where's the real Jamaican cuisine? I just expected more. We're in JAMAICA!

My overall experience was average. There was certain situations that I were put in due to coming to this property. First example would be I and my husband have caught strep throat because they are reusing the same cups to give to people and not washing them with soap. they’re just using water. Second of all, there’s construction that’s going on so prepare yourself to be waking up out of your sleep after a night of drinking with hammers and saws ! I was very stuffy in the room due to the fact that the AC filters are not clean and we spoke about it and they did not try to do anything to assist . If you wanna do a late check out if you have a later flight, you have to pay $25 per hour transportation you cannot reach a bellboy on the phone. You cannot call for room service and you cannot call for the front desk because during rush hour, there’s nobody there to reach out to anybody who is on the property, I have a big following on social media and I will make sure I review my state as needed, but this property needs to be a little bit better especially for the price that you’re paying 24 seven barely and it had to be turned off the only part that I could say is that I gave a lot of leg muscle due to the fact that I had to walk from my villa all the way to anything that I wanted to do restaurants, but you need to have reservations you can’t just walk in the buffets have two hour blocks in between where you have to go without no food the jerks and closes at 3 o’clock

Absolute worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. Food was not good and it was the same every place on the property. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Shuttle service was not as advertised. Things were not true to advertisement. The hotel tried to sell a timeshare to us and pressured us to buy a $20,000 vacation program. It’s was HORRIBLE. Never ever ever coming back!

My family and i had an exceptional time at the resort. We left smiling and we were even planning our next visit. We were celebrating our 11th year wedding anniversary/birthday but this was the most memorable one, as every year we visited a different resort. However, Grand Palladium is the best one yet. The staff, the food, the drinks, the entertainment, the pool, the beach and room, especially the Jacuzzi, were excellent. Overall everything was great. We would like to make special mention about Kareen and our house keeper who made our stay an even more memorable one. Keep up the great work and we can see that the resort prides itself on customer service, as it is displayed in all the management and staff. This property rooms and bathrooms need to be updated Every the specialty restaurant that we visited ran out of food We ordered three ribeye steak from a steakhouse.And they brought us newyork strip steak as if we did not know the difference. The salad bar Is where you will get your appetizer and your salad of choice, but it was never fully stocked . Even at the buffet restaurant, the fool was minimum trays were empty. The bar was mediocre. I have been to jamaica six times and this was the worst resort .

Amazing 5 star experience. I went there on 8/1/2024. I did not want to leave. The availability of excursions are also a plus. I went ATV riding for first time in Jamaica. So much fun. The property is on the beach. I highly recommend Grand Palladium.

I arrived at 2pm check in time is 3pm. I was aware and ok with . The staff did check me in & told me that they would email me when the room was ready because it was still being cleaned and they did not know my room number. They said I would receive an email when completed. I never received an email & went to the front desk at 3:15pm . I stood in line for 45 minutes & received the room number at 4pm. The staff never got our luggage when checking in and upon check out . I waited so long for the cart to come to pick up our luggage we decided to walk. On the second day I contacted front desk in the afternoon because room service never refilled our fridge and did not clean the room they asked if we had a do not disturb on the door but we did not . When we ate at the buffet many trays were empty throughout the day . They had the same tray behind it to replace the empty ones however many times the staff was unprofessional on their phones and talking amongst each other. I was so happy to check out . I came here for my daughter’s birthday and paid for a beach view . The view was so bad it consisted of bushes and weeds and a terrible view off to the side. This property has lack of staff, lack of professionalism and the food is not good at all . The last day we ate at the buffet and immediately ran to bathroom . The food that was decent was the restaurants that needs advance booking. If you are looking for a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation this is definitely do not book!

**Resort Review: 3/5 Stars** I recently spent four nights at this resort and, while there were some standout features, several issues have led me to decide against returning. **The Good:** The resort is visually stunning. The grandiose architecture and beautifully landscaped grounds were impressive and made for a picturesque setting. The dining experience was also a highlight; the dinner restaurants were consistently good. Additionally, the resort is exceptionally family-friendly. With dedicated kids’ menus, a playground open at night, and an excellent water park and pool area, it was perfect for my 2 and 4-year-old boys. **The Bad:** Unfortunately, there were several significant drawbacks. Check-in was an ordeal, taking an excessively long time, which was particularly frustrating with three hungry kids in tow. Moreover, a staff member named Regina promised to handle our reservations but failed to follow through. We also faced early morning disturbances due to construction noise, with hammering and drilling starting at 8 am on two of the four mornings. This was especially inconvenient as I had hoped for some extra rest. Additionally, our room was not as expected; instead of the king bed I had booked, we received a room with two full beds and a pull-out couch, which was uncomfortable and led to us having to sleep apart. The buffet was disappointing, with limited options and frequent shortages of popular items. My husband had trouble finding his preferred drinks, as bars freq—
