Room service is very slow for in room dining. Takes 1 hr or more for food service and sometimes food doesnt even get deliver. Buffect wait staff is amazing, I cannot say the same for wait staff at restaurant that we have to reserved.

The staff was super nice! Very respectful! The room was comfortable, clean, beautiful view. Anything we needed was available to us. The property is amazing and well kept! Always something to do! I would definitely stay again! The people very extremely respectful and it was a great trip. I would definitely come again Only problem I have is there was no where to do laundry before we left so we have a lot of dirty clothes coming back home Overall great experience!

Grand Paladium has always been my place to stay on vacation. The Grand Paladium in earlier days, the food was superb but i was very disappointed this time. I returned to the US and discovered i lost 6 pounds. For the seven days i spent there i never had a full meal, hardly ever ate anything. I think you have lost all the good chefs. I love ackee and saltfish and i could not eat it ,just too tangy. It's like everything has vinegar in it. It was so obvious that i was approached by a server one day about me not eating. That was nice of her,she observed and was concerned. I really had a good discussion with her. I think the Grand Paladium is selling Jamaica short,not even a good tasty jamaican orange juice could not be had. On another note the yam are so junky not cut in nice serving slices. It reminds me of bush cooking. I remembered the first time i stayed at the Grand Paladium, omg everything was good and so i sold the hotel with pride but from this experience i don't think i can. My bathroom was very pungent adding insult to injuries the toilet wasn't flushing properly, the water wasn't running out from the basin. The next day the basin was fixed but the toilet still wasn't flushing properly. The lighting was also very poor in the room. A standing lamp would be nice in the room. This was the first time i stayed on the lady Hamilton side . I totally do not like it,but dispite all the dissatisfaction i will stay by the hotel It's my hope that this be read and be looked into.

Property is old and outdated, no elevators, water goes in and out, food mediocre, liquor cheap and watered down. The room service never answered the phone and when they did the food did not arrive. Could never get car service, although room was in the back of the property.

We liked the all inclusive model for the resort. We also liked the mix of culinary options available. The shows were generally entertaining. Our bungalow was generally well appointed and maintained. What we didn't like was the lack of working ice machines. Also, we were never able to withdraw cash from the two on-site ATM machines due to lack of cash and/or being out-of-order!

Nice big pool, but the pool CLOSED TO EARLY. (6 o’clock) Walk-up bar close even earlier 4:30 and the next day was at 5. Beaches too many seaweeds. Not clean. The outside lights were out informed the staffs after the first night was there and the last night was there still not fixed. We’re using our phone flashlight to get in and out

Wonderful resort. Our first time staying at a Palladium resort and it was excellent. The staff were the friendliest and the food options were great. The buffet needs a bit more options as it has the same selections the entire stay. And I would’ve liked to have a Chinese food option but Japanese teppanyaki was also amazing. The steak at el dorado was great and I am craving more. The sports bar was the hang out place and reminded me of home. The atmosphere was great. There needs to be more show options by enjoyed the Michael Jackson show and circus. Would’ve loved experiencing bingo and the closed down night club. As well as the closed down casino. Overall it was a wonderful resort and we will be checking out other palladium’s In different locations with more family.
