Adirondack Creekside Cottage-Sportmen’s Delight

Whether you are sportsmen looking for fishing, boating, hiking, skiing or snowmobiling. Or a family searching for a centrally-located vacation destination, our cozy cottage is the ideal spot for visiting the Adirondacks.

A short drive to the beaches and watersports fun of Schroon Lake, Loon Lake, Minerva Lake, Indian Lake and Long Lake. Natural Stone Caves just down the road. Just only 7 minutes to C&C Adirondack Snowmobile Tours, 3 minutes to Word of Life, 8 minutes to Chestertwon , 23 minutes to
Gore Mountain ski area. 23 minutes to Lake George vacation wonderland.

Our cute and clean Adirondack Creekside Cottage is aptly named because of the peaceful sounds of the rolling creek that flows underneath back deck. The deck is equipped with a gas grill along with a table and chairs for outdoor dinner or just relaxing.

The house not only features a living room, but an enclosed porch that can be used all seasons. This room serves as a second living room/family room.

The kitchen is full-service with everything you need. All pots, pans, and cooking utensils are provided along with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses and silverware, BBQ tool kit, etc.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet. The first upstairs bedroom has a full size bed with a dresser and closet. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and closet. There is even an extra closet for more storage in the upstairs foyer.

There are five televisions in the house. Small televisions in each bedroom, a large flat screen in the living room, and a 32 inch on the enclosed porch.

There is room for two cars to park in the carport attached to the house. Bring your boat during the spring, summer or fall as we have a designated parking spot for it. During the winter months the same spot can accommodate your snowmobile trailer.

This is an entire house will full access to the living room, enclosed porch, kitchen, dining nook with eat-in counter space, bathroom, three bedrooms and outdoor deck for eating, playing games, having drinks or just relaxing.

Property is well maintained and, obviously loved by the owner. We enjoyed the second living space very much. With the windows open, the brook crossing the property was pleasant and restful. The house was a little close to the road and truck traffic, but that is usual in New England. Overall, the kitchen was well stocked with the necessities, though some plastic wrap and aluminum foil would have come in handy. I would consider returning if I were to visit that part of the Adirondacks again.

Perfect Stay!
We were only here for 1 night for the Adirondack Marathon - the cleanliness of this house is unmatched! Convenient for us to easily get to Schroon for the race. We didn't get to take advantage of much else in the area since we were just there for the race but would definitely return if we come back again to spend more time. Cathy was such a kind hostess and the check-in and check-out were convenient and stress-free.

Cathy was very responsive to inquiries regarding what to do/where to go although everything was provided in binder for visitors left on table! Place was very clean, extra blankets/necessities although lots of gnats in kitchen area. Beautiful patio w/ stream running across backyard, very relaxing! Didn't realize house was just feet from a very busy main road, kids had to be careful. Everything was within a few minutes away! Must check out Natural Stone Bridges & Caves in Pottersville just 10 min away!

My family had a wonderful stay with great activities close by. You need to check out Revolution Rail, which was 10 minutes from the house. Only a 20 minute ride to Lake George and an hour day trip to Lake Placid. My son liked exploring the small brook in the back. This was a relaxing place after a busy day.

The Home was everything we had hoped for. Comfortable, Clean, Beautifully decorated. The Beds were comfortable. The Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the Back porch and the Sounds of the Creek running through. We saw wild Turkeys enjoying breakfast one morning. We had a wonderful stay at Creekside Cottage. The house was just as described. It was very clean and had all the things we needed for our three night stay.
