Step inside, and you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. tall ceilings and an abundance of windows allow natural light to flood the interior, highlighting the tasteful decor and providing panoramic views of the lake. The living room features plush seating and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal place for relaxation and entertainment.

One of the true highlights of this property is the private screened lanai. This expansive outdoor area features a sparkling pool, providing a perfect spot to cool off on hot Florida afternoons or unwind in the evenings. The lanai also includes a seating area, ideal for outdoor dining, and a grill for those who enjoy outdoor barbecues (propane is the responsibility of the guest).

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with all the appliances you could need and ample counter space. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, this kitchen has everything you need to make your culinary creations a breeze.

The three well-appointed bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The two guest bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and will ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and plenty of closet space for personal belongings. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large dresser.

Of course, the crown jewel of this lakefront home is its prime waterfront location. Enjoy serene mornings sipping coffee on the lanai while watching the wildlife on the lake. In the evenings, be treated to breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky with vibrant colors.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets. No garbage access (owner has it locked out).

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
