Just two things..the directions could be a little more specific .. turn in driveway after the red building. We ended up in a neighbors yard 😂. The upstairs bed was very uncomfortable. The house was very cute and cozy. We had a great time and would definitely return!

Family visit
Lovely restored barn in the heart of Wickford, amazingly quiet at night and yet easily accessible and walkable. Recently purchased by new owner who was readily available for questions. Several items on the listing did not exist (hot tub, kitchen items) or were unusable (bar-b-que grill) but overall we enjoyed our stay. Improvements would be room darkening shades upstairs and a better mattress in main floor bedroom. More deck furniture would be a plus as well as the deck is the only outside space. An information booklet on how to work the central air, recycling procedure, etc and local places of interest would have been helpful.

Wonderful home in the center of Wickford
We spent Christmas at Donna's lovely home in Wickford and had a great trip. The house was very clean and has tons of historic charm. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. The location truly cannot be beat-- we loved walking to the many restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Wickford Home
We enjoyed our stay in this historic updated home. The location right in Wickford was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and the remodeled bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was well stocked. One suggestion for the upstairs bedroom would be to add room darkening shades as the sunlight is bright in the morning! Donna is a wonderful host.

NFF Getaway
Very nicely renovated property conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Wickford. Short drive to Newport and TF Green airport. Our party of 5 adults were comfortably accommodated and enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants after a long day at NFF. Being close to the airport was also very nice as we had friends flying in from Texas and Florida. Check was easy and any questions we had were promptly answered by our host.

Fabulous private house in the center of the village!
Donna’s home was even better than the pics on VRBO. It was decorated with great style and everything felt newly done. The beds were super comfy and it was quiet even though it was on Main Street in town and walking easily to everywhere. There was lots of space and privacy for the family. We give Donna’s property 5 stars! Thank you Donna!

Barndominium rustic chic!!
Loved this georgeous property on the marsh!! And it is also in town! North Kingstown was by far the cutest and neatest town that we saw in Rhode Island. All in my family agreed and said that I had booked the perfect house in the perfect town. The house is beautiful with its wooden beams and spacious rooms (yet so comfortable and homey feeling). The bathrooms have been renovated so nicely. The kitchen is so lovely, and has everything you need. This property was beautifully decorated, and so clean. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We took the ferry boat out of Narragansett over to Block Island, and that was so worth seeing. We saw Cliff Walk and did the Ocean Drive in Newport. Both were breathtaking. We would definitely book this property again!!!

Cozy Retreat in Wickford
This property is excellent and I would highly recommend. The historical space has been renovated and decorated with great care and updated appliances. This provided a cozy retreat with ample parking (which is at a premium) during our vacation. We stayed during Memorial Day week and were steps away from the parade, excellent restaurants, and minutes away from all of the excellent attractions Rhode Island has to offer. Will book again.

Enchanting Fall Stay in Historic Wickford Village
This charming, unique and and immaculate home made for a one-of-a-kind stay in Wickford village. The thought and attention to detail by the owners, Donna and Joe, that went into transforming a barn into a showstopper accommodation is truly remarkable. The space is extremely livable and cozy. There was plenty of room to stretch out, the bathrooms were fantastic, the kitchen wonderfully stocked with all that was needed. It was so lovely having a peaceful marsh view out the back, yet out the front door historic Wickford awaited with its delightful shops, restaurants and lovely locals. This was a great location as well for exploring Providence, Newport and Jamestown. We didn't want to leave, and we hope we get the chance to visit again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
