Could be much better :(
Cockroaches in the bathroom and some other insects in the room. With a little effort this could be a far better place. But I am not sure if it is the management or the cleaning staff. They are over looking many things. The towels didn’t feel clean and did not smell fresh. For the budget traveler this could be a good place if the cleaning is taken care.

Disgusting place.
First were had plugs that weren’t working. We switched. Second room had flies.the room stunk like ciggerrates. Blood on towels, bed was sqeaky and uncomfortable. Again. Some plugs weren’t working. People banging on doors all night. The place smelled like marijuanna. Place was old and filthy. Terrible place to stay.

Paying $125 for a dirty, smelly room with soiled linens and paint peeling off doors is not acceptable. It's just not the quality the brand is known for.

Not shown on the internet, but this place is very unsafe and dirty. Homeless people stay next to the rooms given to customers. The room we got smells very bad. The day I got to this place, there was a line of people in front of the checkin that were requesting to cancel their reservations. I booked it through expedia, so they refused to cancel mine (though I felt very unsafe). Good thing the front desk person was very nice and understanding.

cockroach in the room as front door had a half inch gap. dog poo in the parking yard grass - asked reception to clean it up, told to tell room cleaner; room cleaner answered 'que' and moved on. other guests noisy till late (1am). do not go to this hotel. breakfast was minimal.

We had no hot water,water pressure was low and there were random street walkers getting picked up and dropped off throughout the property.Staff did not understand English so communication was limited.Poor quality stay.Do not and will not recommend..

I asked to speak to the manager because of how disgusting this property was. Our room reaked of fresh cigarette and Marijuana smoke and rot.The rooms have mold, interior deterioration, unclean bathtub and toilet, human body fluids stuck to the wall and please do not get me started on the environment. There are people selling themselves and other lurid items at this hotel. People were banging on walls, screaming outside and the sound of violence consistently filled the night air. Worst place ever.

No hot water, informed the desk clerk, other guests were in the lobby also complaining about no hot water, could not take a shower. Again this morning no hot water for bathing, I demand a full refund immediately.
