In this recently remodeled Corner Unit you can step outside of either of the (2) bedrooms with that morning cup of coffee on to your ‘Own Private Balcony’ or sit at the bistro table in your private living room balcony!

From this condo, you have an unobstructed view of the Atlantic, Windy Hill & Crescent Beaches from the living room, dining room, both bedrooms! White sand with the sparkling Beachfront Ocean Views with no other beach towers blocking your view from any window or balcony. This Deluxe Corner Unit has a bright second bedroom with its own private balcony with stellar Beachfront view's! Both bedrooms and living room have wide flat screen TVs with DVDs and movies, plus in-room paperbacks and magazines for your pleasure. For those meals in, you’ll enjoy a kitchen updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile backsplash, including a crock pot, George Foreman grill, coffee grinder, toaster, mixer, blender, waffle iron, electric griddle, baking dishes and a full array of table service. I believe you’ll appreciate having a NEW Washer/Dryer right inside the unit too.

Get to the beach quickly by one of the three new elevators, choose from a multitude (18) of indoor & outdoor pools, spas or lazy rivers. Watch the surf while stepping away on a treadmill or other equipment in our fitness center. Enjoy the on-site ‘Bay Watch Café’ restaurant (especially the fast, complete, hot breakfast buffet), Also at Bay Watch you can stop by the ‘Sandtrap’ Sports Bar & Grill and have a appetizer & cold brew or wander over to ‘Fishtails’ Beach Bar for some refreshing drinks and seasonal entertainment. You and the kids could visit the ‘Snack Shop’ or have fun in the ‘Game Room’ all without leaving the Bay Watch Resort! Forget something?...just drop by the gift shop/convenience store for the little things and with vending & ice machines on several floors in our tower you don’t have to leave the Resort.

Bay Watch is located within minutes of the famous ‘’Barefoot Landing’’ were you’ll find a delightful blend of shopping (Ron Jon Surf Shop), dining (Greg Norman Australian Grille or the Crooked Hammock Brewery) and entertainment with Carousel Rides & Outdoor Concerts. Just across the pond is the ‘House of Blues’ and down the street is the ‘Alabama Theatre’ and for you shoppers, there are Outlet Malls too. Drive along Restaurant Row for your favorite Cuisine like Captain George's Seafood Restaurant, play miniature golf at ‘Red Dragon Cove’ or if you are a golfer there are over 20 public golf courses within 10 miles but one of my favorites is ‘Tidewater Golf Club’. Let’s not forget about fishing & boating, we have the ‘Barefoot Marina’ just 5 minutes away where you can find charters or do what I like to do and surf fish right down in front of the condo. On any given day you will see people out there catching dinner lol.

Unload quickly with the 7-floor parking area or utilize the friendly service of the Bellhops. Parking for oversized vehicles is available across the street from the front desk at the rate of $25 per day. (Note: we do NOT provide daily maid service, nor we stock kitchen condiments).

Never want to leave this place!
Complete vacation location. This is such a nice place, very clean, very nice and helpful staff. Convenient to attractions ,shopping etc. But, you could also come here to stay and NEVER have to leave the resort. Food was excellent, bars were fun, pools,hot tubs and lazy river were perfect. Beach was just a couple steps from the buildings and was wonderful as usual. Can't recommend this place enough! Thanks again Mark.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed in this unit before. Since then they have put in a nice walk in shower in the main bathroom. The washer and dryer, and the dishwasher are new. Baywatch is in a good location with several restaurants and shops nearby.

We had four adults and two teenagers and we had enough space for everyone. We were all comfortable. The view was amazing. Love the corner unit felt like a home away from home. Enjoyed every day that we were there. The pools were great. The service was great. Everything around us was very clean. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. From the minute we walked in, we got the feeling that the place is so warm and welcoming. The Wheelers truly put their heart into it to make it a second comfortable home for anyone that stayed there. Very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, for those who are passionate about preparing meals for the family. Communication was exceptional. Sleeping was very comfortable. It is unanimous that we would definitely choose this home again The location is unbeatable. We have been staying at Baywatch for the best 20+ years, but this last experience tops it all. Jonathan emailed with all the needed details prior to arrival. There was an issue with electric when we arrived- one elevator was down so it took a while to get to our room. The resort had a sign posted that said they were updating the property to excuse the mess- it definitely could use a paint job! The condo though was great. Lots of beach toys for our use. Washer and dryer were a great help. Great views from both balconies.

Great beach week
We enjoyed our family vacation week at Baywatch and this particular unit. Everything was clean, updated, nice and just as described. The views and cool breeze on the 18th floor were perfect for setting on the balcony. We spent most of our time at the beach but the pools and pool bar were nice as well. I would definitely come back!

What a beautiful vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so appreciative that you opened your home to us. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly and kindly. Everything was pretty much taken care of for us from food recommendations, to games, to beach/pool essentials. Amazing Spring Break 2024
Your condo is beautiful, warm, welcoming and just what we needed! I was pleasantly surprised how much we loved the resort aspect. We have been to NMB several times before but never at a resort, but this resort was BEYOND our expectations! Wonderful memories were made this week with my daughters and their friend!! A few of our favorite places were , Hamburger Joes, River City Cafe, Boardwalk Billy’s, bubbas fish camp and smokehouse, Broadway at the Beach and of course THE BEACH!!!

Spectacular views from indoors and both balconies!
My husband and I spent a wonderful week with our son and his family. Our grandaughter turned "2" recently, it was her first visit to the ocean, we all enjoyed and she loved exploring the gift of the beach ... walks along the beach, swimming in the resort pools, discovering seashells, the spectacular view all around from the balcony, her favorite spot was the alcove and window by the kitchen table. Ohhh, and watching the dolphins from the balcony, and also from the beach, always fun to spot dolphins. The kitchen was well equipped, bonus was the good supply of dishes, silverware and glasses. Lots of light being a corner unit was awesome, as well as the extra views up and down the coast. Would definitely stay again, thank you Jonathan for sharing your beach condo with our family.

Overall the stay was good. Older complex but has everything you need. The pictures made the condo look a little bigger, but still fine! Not happy that the sliding door in bedroom, to the balcony, didn't open or that 2 of the 3 elevators were being repaired during our stay. It wasn't too bad for us, as we stayed in the winter months, but in prime season might be an issue..? Round table in pictures has been replaced with rectangular table and bench seating, but the curtains have not been adjusted to fit the window and needed to be knotted up to keep from dragging, but then would cause glare on TV because we couldn't close properly. Several small things can be done to make it a little nicer, but overall, would recommend if the price is right for you.

Fantastic Vacation!
This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo accommodated my family of 6. It was spacious enough to incorporate 3 teenage girls and all of their "stuff"! The lovely view made watching the sunrises one of my favorite things to do. Jonathan and his wife were extremely accommodating and easy to get a hold of. The process if booking and checking in was the easiest of any vacation we have been on. A BIG 5 star rating for this VRBO! We will be back!!

Awesome Getaway!
Our 2 bedroom condo with separate bathrooms worked out perfect! The oceanfront views were so beautiful! All the balcony and den furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. There was even a Christmas Tree in view of the condo on the beach. The property manager was very welcoming and was quick to answer all our questions. We visited local restaurants and enjoyed delicious food at Longhorn Steak House, Joe's Bar and Grill, and Bonefish Grill. N We also went to Tanger Outlets and got lots of bargains at Polo, Nautica, North Face and Champion. We had a wonderful time!

We met my sister and brother in law there to have Thanksgiving together. The condo is well stalked with everything you need to cook meals. It is a cozy condo with plenty of room for family. New pillows would be a plus but everything else was great.

All about the view
This corner unit boasts the most incredible sunrise and sunset photo opportunities! The top floor of the parking garage is pretty amazing for sunset shots as well! There are three elevators, during our stay two were operating and quick; the third was being serviced. Property is well kept and offers numerous amenities! My family took advantage of the indoor lazy river and hot tub in Tower 1 and found them to be in good working order and very clean. Security patrols the entire property and checks regularly for wristbands and parking tags. There are a good number of handicap parking spots in front of Tower 1. While booking it was a must for the unit to have a washer and dryer and I was thrilled upon arrival to see they had been upgraded to brand new efficient front loaders. Mr. Coffee drip brew provided a quick brew to fill coffee mugs to sit and watch the dolphins swimming by either on balcony or in the surprise kitchen nook that replaced kitchen table in photographs. I was particularly fond of this cubby window spot before the sun awoke. This was a nice place to curl up with a hot mug! It was a plus having an ice maker in freezer, helpful to fill cups before heading into the sun filled days. There is an additional outlet in the master bedroom hidden behind the curtain on the balcony wall. I sadly found this at the end of the trip. 😝 I would highly recommend booking with Jonathan! Very clean beautiful condo!!
We had a very enjoyable time during our stay! Condo was beautiful and very clean. Jonathon was so easy to work with and communicarion with him was incredibly fast! I love having the side and front decks. As well as all of the other amenities.I highly recommend this condo and so look forward to coming back again!
