Perfect night stay at Harlestone retreat, very clean room with tea and coffee available the bed was so comfortable i slept all night and needed an alarm to wake me up. I will be staying again for sure. It would be nice if they could leave a bowl of fruit or a drink as a welcome pack ( even if it costed me more money ) It was nice to relax in front of a big TV with some great films to choose from. Very clean shower and toilet. Overall it was just what i needed.

I would recommend the property for anyone needing a room in Northampton - very clean and good communication with owners and only a short stroll to Franklin Gardens!

I was in the loft room and found over 15 dead wasp on the carpet and one dead wasp on top of clean bath towel . Had a kitchen area in my room and the Sponge left for cleaning plates and cups looked if it had been used many times before I got there emailed with picture and called owner not so much as a apology was going to book for a 2nd night but the dead wasp put me off just a little out with that the place is really nice .

Beautiful Appartment
The property is very clean and maintained to a high standard. I liked the apartment style room and the fact that there was no need to come into contact with anyone as operated as a 'self check in', hence not giving a higher rating for 'service' as there was no service. The room was very clean and the facilities in the room very good (plates, cooking utensils, glasses etc). The ensuite was beautiful and included a large shower cubicle with a lovely shower with various jet options in it. The only downside for me was that there was work being carried out in the gardens so I was disappointed with the noise early on a morning, but can see that this is being done to make improvements to the property.

Beautiful condition, design and fittings. When we arrived we couldn't get in as the system is that there and there are no staff at the premises but that didn't matter as they could be contacted on the phone. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. I wonder if they have listened to my very small criticism that the battery had to be removed from the wall clock before sleep was possible.

Lovely
Lovely house,very clean and room 3 out the back is really nice. Amazing shower too! Comfy bed and pillows. No breakfast to my knowledge although there is a couple of boxes of rice crispies in the room. Only real negative is the fridge. Its really noisy so had to turn it off to sleep. Perhaps a small counter fridge would be more suitable

Great value, high standard and very clean....only gripe is that the floorboards can be very noisy when you are on thr ground floor so can wake you up whdn people move about upstairs
