I was robbed!! Stayed three nights, spent $210 a night and got zero maid service. I don’t need new sheets - don’t need the trash emptied and can use a towel more than once. But, I think, that if you are spending that amount per night, you should be able to expect coffee service replenished and a check to see if more soap is needed. This was a ripoff and I will not stay here again.

Although the lobby and exterior seem to be updated the room wasnt. There also was no elevator in the building. The timer for the hot tub was not functional and only a couple of the jets in the tub were working. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable.

Our room appeared clean, until I turned over the covers and realized that there was a pizza grease stain on one of the pillowcases. I strip the bed before we leave and realized that one of the pillows also had 2 pillow cases on it to cover up whatever was under it. We had luke warm water for showering. It says sound proof rooms, but we could hear everything happening in the lobby right below us..

The stay was good. The only complaint was the size of the bathroom, it was tight. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was great. The hot tub was very relaxing and the breakfast fantastic.
