I spent 5 days here in Denver for business. The building is clearly neglected and very outdated. I am very unhappy with my experience. First I was charged $15 per day for parking which was an additional $75 in total. Ridiculous this place was not nice enough to be charging this price. Second, the room that was given to me was already taken so I walked in on someone. 3rd there was a severe water leak in the room coming from behind the wall behind the bed. I was on the very top 11th floor and the water just kept coming and it was a lot. If I stepped there you could see a puddle form around my shoe. It was the day before my last so I just decided to deal with it. Unfortunately I have to return to Denver for business again soon but I will not be staying here. For the prices they charge they could at least have complimentary breakfast. Also so many homeless and drug addicts by the nearest gas station the 7/11. Better off driving further elsewhere. It was a zombie land out there. I do not recommend!

Parking was a bit sketch, but there were security and I had no problems. I was told there was a garage for parking but I must have misunderstood since I never saw an entrance. There are places to eat in walking distance and when we went we ran into a couple seemingly harmless homeless that may or may not have been on the Fenty. I would stay again.

It was HOT in the hotel. There were portable ACs in the lobby and it was not comfortable. The hotel was fully booked and there were kids playing on the elevators making is difficult to get to your room. There were 4 elevators and one was out of order. You also had to share the elevator with housekeeping and their giant carts. It was a challenge getting down to your vehicle and back. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 but was not ready until closer to 4:30. Great location for the concert, but I expected more for what I paid.

The AC was out it was so hot, no one that worked there spoke good English to help you. No one at the front desk. Trash all over the parking lot. Tiny /hard to get around the parking lot. You have to pay to park there, no free breakfast. Amenities are slim to none. Just overall the quality of the stay is honestly terrible. Won’t be going back.

Pretty good! Close to perfect.
Overall 9/10 experience. It was quite loud in the hotel at night and for some reason the alarm clock started playing a radio station at night and it was very loud. The bed was comfy and the room was nice a cool. I would stay here again
