The desk clerk told Mrs.Gapp on Wednesday the evening before arrival that our reservation in our name did not exist. She spelled our name slowly for the man and he replied that we were did not have a reservation. Mo other help was offered. I want a refund for the room that we could not use!!

Absolutely the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at! I am a cleaner for vrbo and airbnb rentals and if I ever left the places like our room was I’d be fired! About a quarter inch of dust on top of mini fridge and I wrote “dust me” on the table below the tv! Lifted up the chair cushion and old candy wrappers from a previous guest! Tampons wrappers u see the bathroom vanity

Not on par with other Comfort Inns. Rooms are clean but aging. They have a trailer in the parking lot that has been there for several months. It’s ok but would not recommend it.
