An ok stay
It was an ok stay. They sent text an email to check in early before my arrival we did. It asks for DL pic and debit card info which they charge you $50 which is common. When I arrived I had to do this again. And in that they charged me twice the $50. Not very nice. Disappointed that they did not know the process from the beginning.

The rooms were clean, except the tracks on the windows and patio door were filthy. You had your own private entrace and area around was dirty. Parties going on all night, fighing. Could not sleep. It was'nt what we expected. We won't be staying there again.

Nice place to stay
We had a nice stay. Loved the individual buildings and not the typical hotel style rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size and we loved the kitchen area. Wish the pool would have been working. We were looking forward to some time in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

The motel was clean and safe. It was two blocks down from where I went to visit my Aunt. My only complaint was that we couldn’t check in until several hours after arrival (3 o’clock pm). We arrived at noon.

Door key didnt work, had to get new cards, and the walk was pretty far back to the office. Outside stairs and building is worn out. The door didnt completely close tight, but it locked. Overall, the rooms was big with a kitchen and sofa.

Not clean! Poor management!
Lobby area was clean, but besides that room was ok, bathroom was very old. Outside your room door was very dirty and nasty. All kinds of stuff including bunch of cigarettes. Very poor management. FYI, pool is out of order, it is outside and collecting rain water, not sure for how long. Disappointed.

It was plenty of room, decently clean. There was fruit flies in the kitchen when we got there. It was pretty dusty and dirty on the window frames. I wouldn’t complain much about that but since I have a 2 year old and is curious looking out the window is the reason why I mentioned it. The bed was comfy and had clean sheets, however the headboards were dusty as well so I just took wipes and wiped down everything as I usually do anyways rather dusty or not. The pool was also broken and not open for the season, which it was not mentioned on the booking site. That really disappointed our other kids as that’s what they looked forward too. Overall if you’re looking for a place to sleep it’s ok. I wouldn’t spend the weekend or vacay here thou.

I was asked to do a security deposit. And the unit stayed in had damage to the walls,doors and tiles. And had a strong smell of weed. The pull out sofa was dirty no sheets.
