The business center computer was not working. Fitness center had most things out of service. The room didn’t smell good. The water took a long time to get warm. The walls are so thin everything seems loud.

No hot water for morning shower Bed very uncomfortable - sagged in middle Woke up with bad backache Room didn’t look especially clean Room sheets frayed - towels paper thin Staff not especially accommodating when told about cold water - said boiler for the building was notch working -so why were we moved when they new of the problem Threatened to charges went to another room

The door locks had no batteries on 3 of the rooms. We had to keep moving from room to room. The hot light bulb over the shower to keep the area warm didn’t work. Te extractor in the bathroom was completely blocked with drywall. I will not stay here gain for sure
