No Elevator!
So disappointed with our stay! The elevator was broken, they couldn’t give us a room on the first floor. My husband had just had 2 shots in his spine, but no one helped us. The TV wouldn’t work. The bathroom light kept going off and on. They wouldn’t do anything to comp us because we got the room through hotels.com. No satisfaction whatsoever. We’ve stayed there many times before, but doubt if we’ll stay there again

Elevator was broke down, the guy at the front desk checked me out the day I checked in so housekeeping came in my room at 6am the next day thinking the room was empty. I was also told not to drink the water but there was no vending machine or complimentary water bottles.

No iron in room. TV sound wouldn’t work. Front desk made me “fix” it. Took me half an hour to re-boot satellite. Bed was like sleeping on granite. Bathroom light had a mind of its own. To save energy, it would go off when motion was halted. My wife was doing her hair and makeup, and light kept turning off. But light would turn on because of reflection in mirror.

First, they so rude when I check in and there was not enough carts for every guest, very noisy at night, parking expensive $25, even for disabled people. Breakfast was horrible, pool was close and Wi-Fi not free you have to pay $10 every single day. I just think it’s ridiculous. I would not recommend it this place to stay.

The rooms are very outdated. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. As soon as you sit down, you can feel every single hard spring. There are no usb outlets anywhere, so bring your own. The lighting is also poor. There are only two granny-style desk lamps and a cool toned intense LED light over the door. There are no decent restaurants for many miles. I grabbed a microwave dinner from the local grocery store and brought it back Hgo the room. At least there is a microwave
