Not what we expected
The room itself was clean, but the pool not so much. And all of the doors on the outside of the building never locked! That left us a bit uneasy knowing anyone could just walk in at any time. Also we had something incredibly strange happen. We put the do not disturb sign on our door but yet someone still entered our room on our second day there and took the soap and shampoo out of our bathroom. Nothing else was touched or cleaned, no fresh towels, so it was very odd that those 2 items were gone. Especially since we had used them! I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk but there was a bit of a language barrier between us so I'm not sure she understood. She said it was probably the housekeeper, but they didn't do anything else in our room! The security issue on the building is the main reason we will not be staying here again.

The property looks older on the outside but the rooms have been updated. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The housekeeper left a nice welcome note which was a nice touch. We would say there again if we are in the area.

Ibwas disappointed in not being able to cancel one of the days I had booked for my stay, since our schedule changed. The property or expedia pushed the blame on the other. So i had to pay for a hotel room i didnt stay in. The room was good, it was a bit dated and needed remodeling, but was ok. Breakfast was not that great, instant coffee, microvave cheese omelets and other items. Not a very food selection.
