The staff and service was outstanding. I had read reviews that the beds were hard; I like a soft pillowtop mattress. While the bed was not soft it was not hard and was comfortable. The rooms and amenities were clean and the shuttle was readily available for no wait time. It even came to a nearby restaurant when it was raining to bring us back to the hotel. There was no wait time to and from the airport.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. The exterior and lobby of the hotel are fantastic, exuding a modern and welcoming ambiance. However, my experience with the room was quite the opposite. The room felt very outdated and unclean. The aqua carpet had burn marks, the chair was stained, and there was a funny smell lingering in the hallway. These issues significantly detracted from my stay. While the common areas are impressive, the condition of the room was disappointing and needs urgent attention to meet the standards expected from a Radisson Blu property.

We were told this hotel had cleaning services every 24 hours, which is why it appealed to us and worth paying more. However, we had to request this everyday and when we called, they were not friendly about it. Never got wash clothes or new coffee cups, had to request these every day. Had crumbs on the floor that were there our entire stay, so no Vacuuming ever happened, so not sure any cleaning did either. Messed up our reservation. Many phone calls later and I still don’t have a refund from one of our nights. Loved the location next to the mall and our kids did too but very disappointed in the cleanliness and service.

Everything was great except, I didn’t like that the light switch was outside of the restroom.That was inconvenient for me but not the 3 year old turning the light off on whoever was using the toilet or shower and the toilet is behind the door so you have to go in and around the door to use the toilet. Other than that it was enjoyable.
