The local area - if its adrenalin your after, the local area has lots to offer, including Rope Courses, Go Karts etc. but for those more inclined to take in the scenery, there are many signposted footpaths and trails, including the well known Peddars Way (49 miles of roman road and countryside).

Local places to eat are many and very lovely - information will be available in the cottage with recommendations, however one in particular to note, an absolute gem, is a local french takeaway called The Pepper Pot a 5 - 10 minute drive from the cottage.

Gorgeous open plan space
3 generations of family enjoyed a 3 day stay in this lovely open plan house. Tastefully decorated with everything you could need. Such a sweet outside space to relax in. My 4 and 5 year old boys were very comfortable in the single beds whilst the adults enjoyed gorgeous views over the farmland. Super co no extent location. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Molly’s Cottage for four nights with our three children and its is safe to say that none of us wanted to leave. It is such a beautiful house with stunning views in a quiet and safe spot. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, every detail had been well thought of. We all slept amazingly every night and it’s the first holiday where I didn't feel homesick because everything was just perfect. I loved that the big windows allow so much natural light to flow into the house. The location is perfect too, its a 5 minute drive to the beach and Cromer centre, there were lots of things nearby to do with the kids. We will definitely be coming back for another holiday

Nice quiet location near Cromer
This is a lovely house, a quick drive away from Cromer and with beautiful walks from the front door. The description is confusing as it's listed as 5 bedrooms but is three bedrooms and a daybed. Although it didn't matter to us there is no hot tub and the garden is not great for small children as it has been filled with large rocks that are tricky to navigate. The kitchen is well equipped and views from the two double bedrooms are particularly nice.

Excellent stay
The cottage is really highly recommended. The owner tried very hard and answered all questions immediately. We would rent the cottage again at any time. The Felbrigg Hall and the Park in particular were an extraordinary experience for us. Exactly the England we love.
