Boutique apartment with private outdoor space in easy walking area adjacent to the beach in Playa Guiones!

Salt is one of the original guiones beach buildings that we have completely renovated.
It has the PuraVida - Costa Rican vibe with a minimal modern clean feeling.
We appreciate privacy indoor and out and love the easy access to all things delicious and fun!
The apartment has a table to work on, and our wifi is super fast (100Mbps).
Each apartment has a kitchen with electric double stove top, mini fridge, French press coffee maker, toaster, blender and all you need for cooking.
We invested in a state of the art filtration system, so the water is perfect to drink, and we avoid plastic pollution as much as possible.
Each apartment has private outdoor showers.
SALT 3 is on the second level, with stairs leading to a beautiful patio that offers easy indoor outdoor living.
We have double interior double-side locked gates between all apartments so that friends and families can rent multiple apartments or rent the whole place !

SALT is in the north end of Playa Guiones.
Just few minutes walk in either direction will take you to great restaurants , and all the beach and outdoor activities .
Although you are in the jungle there are plenty of modern amenities. There is a doctors office on call 24 hours a day. There is a local dentist . There are a few spas within walking distance that offer Lucious body treatments as well as on call massage therapists to come and care for you in your private home away from home.
We appreciate privacy at SALT but love the easy access to all things delicious, nourishing and fun!

Our property is 100% smoke-free, inside and outside. Please respect it. The tap water is fully filtered and safe to drink. We invested in a great system to avoid plastic pollution. Please turn off the A/C when you leave, they will cool the apartments off quickly when you come back in. Please turn off outside lights when you go to sleep. In general, be respectful of neighbors with noise and lights. We try to observe quiet hours from 9.30pm to 7am. No events nor parties allowed.
