For location, the ckeanliness, the exact indications of how it present itself, courtesy,assistance and cooperation that is given to guests of the house Cinzia. Non just parcate the car ,nell'antistante garden maybe the same will be resumed only time to leave: Casa Cinzia, allocated to two steps from a beautifil beach of golden sand and crystal clear water, in shallow water, ideal for children, is attacket to a small and low cliffs.
Located in a peaceful and bautiful environment ,away from te noise of cars and traffic. Immettendoti in the nearby motorway (km 18\20) you can reach all directions.

Caro Pino a famiglia, Questo posto in riva al mare rimarrà sempre molto speciale nei nostri ricordi. Fantastica villa a un passo dal mare
La villa è posizionata perfettamente a pochi metri da due spiagge molto belle, con un parcheggio privato con cancelletto di accesso diretto al mare. A piedi in 20 minuti si entra nella riserva di Vendicari dove ci sono spiagge incontaminate spettacolari. La casa è fresca e ben fornita, la parte esterna è fruibile tutto il giorno e comodissima, e Pino è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

La casa está perfecta y organizada en todos los sentidos,muy amplia y luminosa.Cada rincón estaba cuidadosamente decorado.Además, la limpieza era impecable. Il mare sempre con me
Meraviglioso! Le foto anzi non rendono in pieno. Casa incantevole con giardino geniale pensato per vivere in pieno il mare e la natura. Persino dalla doccia esterna si vede il mare. Meraviglioso mare. Il signor Pino è fantastico, gentile, disponibile, ci ha fatto stare in casa più dell orario del check out, ci ha portato albicocche dei suoi alberi e pomodori locali, una leccornia! La vera vacanza sana in un luogo meraviglioso, a pochi passi poi da tante attrazioni. Anche se già il mare dalla casa è una esperienza completa. Sono partita a malincuore e tornerei subito, vacanza da rifare ma per un periodo più lungo! Le tendine dalla camera con ricamate le stelle marine sono uno dei dettagli che allietano la casa! Ein rundum toller Urlaub
Die liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft liegt am Strand, hat eine großartige Aussenküche und Aussendusche, perfekt nach dem Strandaufenthalt. Wir hatten den sauberen, feinsandigen Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser mehrfach für uns allein (Reisezeit Oktober) in der Nachbarbucht ist etwas mehr los, es gibt Restaurants, Liegestühle und man kann Standuppaddel, Tretboot etc mieten. In dem wunderschön eingerichteten Haus mangelt es an nichts und besonders ist Pino als perfekter Gastgeber hervorzuheben! Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit an unserem Wohl interessiert und hat den Urlaub für unsere Familie perfekt gemacht. Unbedingte Empfehlung :)

Direkt am Strand
Wir waren Ende September in der Ferienwohnung. Da es Ende September war, gab es schon Regentage und deshalb konnten wir den großzügigen Außenbereich nicht so nutzen wie gehofft. Deshalb war auch das nahe gelegene Strandcafe oft geschlossen. Angenehm war der Strand vor der Haustür und zu dieser Jahreszeit ruhige Atmosphäre.

Il sig. Pino è una persona squisita, disponibile e premuroso in ogni momento per ogni nostra richiesta. Ci ha fatto sentire coccolati e a casa! La casa è letteralmente a 2 passi dal mare, se dimentichi qualcosa o vuoi prenedere una bibita fresca, in un lampo vai e torni senza stress, non devi avere il pensiero di non dimenticare niente e tornare a casa sotto il sole cocente. Pulizia della casa impeccabile, non ho trovato un filo di polvere o un capello sul pavimento. La casa è molto accogliente e calorosa ha 2 camere da letto abbastanza spaziose con aria condizionata di cui si può fare anche a meno visto che la casa è molto fresca. Letti comodissimi e una varia scelta di cuscini per ogni esigenza, ho dimenticato di portarmi il mio ma qua non ho avuto problemi a trovarne uno comodo per me! cucina e spazio comune accogliente, diciamo che noi abbiamo sfruttato più l'esterno che l'interno visto il giardino molto curato e la cucina esterna, chicca della casa! All'esterno si trovano anche 2 doccie, una aperta e una al chiuso. La casa dispone di un parcheggio il che ti evita di stare ore e ore a girare per trovare un posto auto. Non manca davvero nulla, ci si sente proprio a casa. Spero di tornare l'anno prossimo, magari per più tempo. Grazie Pino per la tua ospitalità!

Wunderschöne Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Man schläft mit dem Meeresrauschen ein und wacht auch damit auf. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da die Wohnung ziemlich abgelegen liegt. Ein Traum zum Erholen und abschalten. Pino ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber.

Davanti al mare…
Casa Cinzia è collocata in una fantastica posizione sulla spiaggia di San Lorenzo, con acqua cristallina. Gli spazi sono adeguati e si ha la possibilità di cucinare e mangiare all’ esterno, con vista mare. È la casa ideale per chi desidera vivere una vacanza in libertà a contatto con il Mare. Pino si è dimostrato un Host sempre disponibile e pronto a darci ottimi consigli. Consigliatissima.

Ottima accoglienza del Sig. Pino che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo, frutta ed acqua fresca. La proprietà ha soddisfatto completamente le nostre aspettative, anzi anche meglio!!! Ferientraum am Meer
Wir durften unsere Ferien im Oktober in Pinos Haus geniessen. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind genau so, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Pino war immer sofort verfügbar, wenn wir ihn gebraucht haben und hat uns bestens umsorgt. Am meisten haben wir die Lage direkt am wunderschönen Sandstrand genossen. Der Garten mit zwei Sitzplätzen ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Marzamemi mit seinen hervorragenden Restaurants ist in 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ausserdem sind die Barockstädte nicht weit entfernt und das Naturreservat Vendicari mit seinen schönen Stränden direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben wunderbare Ferien verlebt und können Pinos Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder......

Semplicemente perfetto
L'accoglienza è stata molto gradevole, il sig. Pino è gentilissimo, sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza. La casa rispecchia le immagini presenti nell'annuncio, persino superando le aspettative. È molto curata, anche nei dettagli, sia all'interno che all'esterno, i bambini si sono trovati benissimo. Perfetta per una famiglia composta da quattro persone e per soggiorni di lungo periodo. Ritorneremo certamente.

Träumchen!
Schon nach wenigen Minuten hatten wir uns in die Wohnung verliebt, weil ihre Atmosphäre und Lage einfach perfekt sind. Das Haus, in dessen unterer Etage sie sich befindet, ist in der ersten Reihe am sehr schönen Standstrand von San Lorenzo, einer Ferienhaussiedlung im Südosten der Insel. Wir waren für zwei Wochen Ende September/Anfang Oktober da, zu der Zeit ist es dort auch angenehm leer. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, an einigen Felsen lässt es sich auch prima schnorcheln, 200 Meter vom Haus gibt es auch eine nette Strandbar. Das pittoreske Fischerdörfchen Marzameni mit einigen guten Restaurants ist nur 10 Minuten, die wunderschönen Barockstädte Noto, Modica und Ragusa sowie das ebenfalls sehr interessante Siracusa sind nur 30 bis 50 Minuten entfernt. Eingerichtet ist die Wohnung sehr liebevoll im maritimen Stil, es gibt viele niedliche Details zu entdecken. Besonders haben uns das gemütliche Schlafzimmer und der Außenbereich gefallen, beides mit direktem Blick aufs zwanzig Meter entfernte Meer. Man fühlt sich wirklich sofort wohl in der Wohnung, fast so, als wäre es das eigene Zuhause. Was auch an Pino liegt, einem der freundlichsten und aufmerksamsten Vermieter, die wir je kennenlernen durften. Zu Begrüßung gab es eine Grundausstattung an Nahrungsmitteln, und auch sonst war er bei Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete sofort. Einmal gab es einen unwetterbedingten Stromausfall, tags darauf einen des WLAN-Netzes, beides wurde von Pino umgehend behoben. Kurzum: Eine absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Jolie petite maison en bord de plage .propriétaire très réactif et à répondu à toutes nos demandes bien sympathique. Plage magnifique eau cristalline propre et chaude !propriété partagé non précisée mais aucune nuisance.on recommande famille avec enfants

Pino ist sehr netter Host. Haus sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Tolle Lage direkt am schönen SandStrand (leider noch nicht sehr aufgeräumt im April). Aufgrund der kalten Wetters war es aber teilweise nicht so gemütlich - ist im Sommer sicher besser.
