Villa at only100 meters from the beach
The villa is located in San Lorenzo in the third street, 100 meters from the beach and the sea.
It consists of a large living area that serves as a dining and living room, kitchen, two complete bathrooms with shower, three bedrooms (two double and one twin) and a storage room, on one level.
It is surrounded by large outdoor area. In the driveway there is room to park two cars comfortably. The veranda, which is located before entering the house, is complete with outdoor furniture with sitting room, a large umbrella, a small sofa rocking. Behind the house there is a patio where you can be outdoors, have lunch, do a barbecue or sunbathe. There are also two outdoor showers to be used to return from the sea.
The equipment of the house is complete. The kitchen, with electric oven and microwave, is equipped with dishes, glasses and crockery. There are washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and TV.
The bedrooms are air conditioned. There is also an air conditioner in the corridor that leads from the kitchen to the bedroom. Wi-fi and alarm system complete the equipment.
At about 500 meters from the house there is a seasonal convenience store, after a bathhouse inside with a pizzeria restaurant.
On the beach there is a kiosk and refreshment point. A 3 km, 5 minutes by car, is Marzamemi, beautiful resort with Piazza Regina Margherita and its surroundings offer various possibilities to choose bars, restaurants and specialty shops.
A 4 km away is Pachino, the nearest village offering all services.
A cica 8 km there is Portopalo, the last piece of Italy and the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, free or equipped.
The Oasis of Vendicari and Calamosche beach can be reached by car in five minutes. Noto, beautiful baroque city, is 15 kilometers, immediately after, 45 kilometers, is Syracuse, capital of the province. Catania is 100 km away, Mount Etna 130 km.
Just as easily, in about 30-40 minutes by car, you reach the province of Ragusa, with the beautiful town of Modica, Scicli and Ragusa.

Casa perfetta, ospiti disponibili e generosi
Villa confortevole e tenuta benissimo e con la massima pulizia. Attrezzata di tutto, anche in cucina (stoviglie brillanti). Zone esterne molto vivibili, con barbecue, attrezzatura da mare (sedie, lettini, ombrellone) e tavolo da ping-pong. Utilissime le due docce esterne. Carmelo e Isabella sono la quintessenza della migliore ospitalità siciliana: ci hanno lasciato all'arrivo in casa generi alimentari di qualità. Carmelo, poi, è stato a disposizione per qualunque necessità degli ospiti. Utilissimi i suoi suggerimenti sulle botteghe di Pachino. Vicinissima la spiaggia e stupendo il mare. Peccato per l'erosione che ha ridotto gli spazi per i bagnanti. A due passi due piccoli lidi attrezzati, con servizio di bevande, panini e insalate. Abbiamo passato 10 giorni bellissimi. Il nostro giudizio finale e: ECCELLENTE!.

Sizilien San Lorenzo 2019
Wir (4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in San Lorenzo verbracht. Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Ein schöner Außenbereich mit zwei Außenduschen, Grill, Couch und extra Essbereich. Auch der Innenbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Zum Meer sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß (Spielzeug und Liegen für das Meer am Haus vorhanden). Wir kamen an einem Sonntag an und der Vermieter hat uns sogar ein Starterpaket zusammengestellt: Nudeln, Soße, Kaffee, Milch, Salz, Zucker und Getränke! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!! Die Vermieter sind super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Kaffees,..)

6 Sterne Haus in 3 Sterne Gegend
Das Haus ist super. Klasse Küche, 2 Aussenbereiche mit Dusche, tolle Ausstattung und einfach sehr angenehm und sauber. Herzliche Gastgeber, die Tochter spricht englisch, so dass auch die Kommunikation wunderbar geklappt hat. Wir haben uns hier mit 4 Personen (2 Paare) sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort San Lorenzo hat nichts zu bieten (reine Ferienhaussiedlung), der kleine Strand war gut, sogar mit Liegen, Dusche, etc,
Der nächste Ort Marzememi ist ein sehr schöner alter Fischerort mit wunderschöner Piazza. Leider ist die ganze Gegend sehr vermüllt... aber dafür können die Gastgeber nichts und leider sieht es (in ganz Italien) überall so aus. Davon abgesehen ist das Haus ein Traum

Vacanza stupenda in un posto bellissimo!
Per tutti quelli che sono alla ricerca di una bella casa, dotata di tutti i comfort per passare la propria vacanza ad un passo da un mare spettacolare, ecco avete trovato ciò che avete cercato!
Abbiamo passato due settimane a metà settembre nella casa di Isa e possiamo raccomandarla a chiunque. Eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone e ci siamo sentiti da subito come a casa. Sia fuori che dentro è più bella che nelle foto.
Sin dal primo momento il proprietario, Carmelo, ci ha accolti calorosamente e oltre a farci vedere la casa e darci dei ottimi suggerimenti su dove poter andare a mangiare nella zona ecc., ci ha fatto trovare tutto ciò che occorre per il primo momento e oltre, come diverse bevande, cialde per il caffe, latte, pasta, sugo di pomodoro...
La casa è veramente molto curata e dotata di ogni comfort. Al interno ci sono due bagni dotati di doccia e WC, mentre nella zona esterna ci sono altre due docce sempre dotati di acqua calda, cosi che anche se eravamo in sei non abbiamo praticamente mai avuto problemi per fare la doccia o quant'altro.
Le zone esterne (sia da un lato che da l'altro) sono anche essi molto belle ed è un vero piacere trascorrere delle serate in compagnia.
Il mare di San Lorenzo è veramente bellissimo con l'acqua cristallina e pulitissima.
Riassumendo abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza a San Lorenzo e torneremo sicuramente! Tante grazie a Carmelo che è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda.

Casa e vacanza favolose!
La casa è perfetta e curata fin nei minimi dettagli. Le foto rispecchiano la realtà. Arredata con estremo gusto, è più una casa privata che una casa pensata per essere affittata. Fornita di tutto, anche ombrelloni, sedia mare, materassino da portare in spiaggia. Doccia esterna calda per quando si rientra dal mare. Parcheggio interno enorme. Le tre camere da letto sono grandi e tutte con l'aria condizionata, presente anche in cucina e in veranda. Cucina perfetta, completa di forno, microonde e macchina del caffe (con cialde incluse!). Veranda comodissima per rilassarsi, mangiare e guardare la tv. Wifi ottimo considerando la zona. Arriviamo e troviamo, oltre al simpaticissimo Carmelo, il frigorifero pieno per gustarci subito la vacanza senza la preoccupazione immediata di fare la spesa (grazie!). Mare stupendo veramente a pochi metri. Nei dintorni c'è un mini market per le emergenze ma anche aziende agricole che vendono i loro ottimi prodotti (insalata colta dal campo al momento). Proprietario super disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza e richiesta. La mattina passano dei furgoncini che vendono cornetti e pane fresco per poter fare una colazione sempre fresca. Vacanza passata in totale relax. La consiglio senza se e senza ma. Grazie mille.

Vacanza indimenticabile !!
La casa di Isa è un piccolo angolo di paradiso. A poca distanza da una spiaggia con acqua cristallina e dalla riserva del Vendicari è il luogo di soggiorno ideale per una famiglia .L'arredo e la pulizia sono molto curati.
Carmelo è un ospite attento e premuroso.

Beautiful place with wonderful landlord
We spent wonderful 10 days here (family with 2 children <5 years). The house and whole property are very nicely decorated and well kept, everything clean and neat, we found everything that was mentioned in the descriptions. The place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. You could actually feel how much love was put in every detail.
The owners Carmelo and Isabella and their daughter Eliana are so lovely and welcoming and were always available for any questions we had. Our children were also very happy and it felt like a second home or like a vacation at a good friend's house.
The beach is less than 2 minutes walk away and child safe with great sandy beach and shallow, clean water.

Vacanza da sogno
Abbiamo trascorso una favolosa settimana di inizio estate in questo angolo di Sicilia.La casa vicinissima al mare è grande molto curata e dotata di ogni confort.I proprietari Carmelo ed Isabella squisitamente ospitali ci hanno coccolato con consigli e prodotti locali.La posizione è strategicamente perfetta per la visita di luoghi sia culturali che naturalistici.La riserva di Vendicari è un angolo di paradiso con spiagge incontaminate e acque cristalline.

Una bellissima casa e un’accoglienza insuperabile
La casa di Isa è in un’ottima posizione: vicinissima al mare e al centro della parte barocca, i cui siti si possono per lo più raggiungere in meno di un’ora in macchina. E’ spaziosa, comoda, curata nell’arredamento e ben equipaggiata. Al contrario di tante altre case di vacanza in cui siamo stati, nella casa di Isa si trovano tutti i generi alimentari di base (e non solo) e tutto quello che serve per la gestione della casa. I proprietari ci hanno accolto provvedendo anche alla nostra cena, con pizza, formaggi, pane, vino, dolci… e lasciandoci tante altre prelibatezze della zona. Ci hanno aiutato moltissimo in alcune difficoltà personali che abbiamo avuto durante il soggiorno, sempre disponibilissimi a darci le informazioni necessarie, ad accompagnarci in caso di necessità. Insomma, una casa assolutamente da consigliare, di gran lunga la migliore di tutte quelle in cui siamo stati precedentemente. Grazie, Isabella e Carmelo, per aver reso indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno.
