Beautiful Colonial Style Home in Nottingham PA

Nottingham Manor is a beautiful home built in colonial style and tucked among the trees in lovely Chester County, PA.  Sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, you'll find the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing.  There is a spacious kitchen furnished with the basics for cooking and eating, and a dining room for sharing meals together, and a cozy living room, plus a sitting room.  There is also a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bath on the main floor.  Upstairs there are four more bedrooms and another full bathroom with a washer and a dryer.  One bedroom upstairs has a king bed, one room has a queen bed, one room has two double beds, and there is also a room with two sets of twin over full bunk-beds.  The basement area is still under construction, but has a ping-pong table for your enjoyment. Directly across the street from the house is the beautiful Nottingham Co park that boast 731 acres of beautiful of parkland.  There are miles of hiking trails, playground equipment, and spacious pavilions at easy access for our guest.  Make this your next getaway, and you'll be blown away by the peace and beauty of this location.

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

Wonderful experience in a beautiful home. Could live there! Perfect for our entire family. Appreciate how well appointed it was with supplies, linens, etc. Could have used one more bathroom but it didn't cramp our style. Thanks to the host for a memorable vacation!

Perfect getaway
In town to ride the trails at fair hill with a group of friends. Dropped horses at race barn and came to house. It was perfect for our group of 5 to hang out, eat and play games. We all already planning a trip back in the spring.

Loved the preserved historic quality of the property. So tastefully furnished and lovely. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The exposed beams certainly let you know when someone was in the room over your head but so worth it for the character.

Daughter in Delaware had graduation celebration for son in Delaware, 2 daughters & family up from North Carolina, my husband & me from West Virginia! 16 in all! But, ice didn’t dispensed and refrigerator was not clean! I took pictures!

I stayed here with a group of 7 friends who get together for the weekend a couple times a year. We've rented a lot of houses by now, and this was one of the best! Absolutely beautiful interior, comfortable beds, everything we needed to cook and enjoy time together. The wooded area and park across the street were lovely. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
