Agritur Nel Verde is located in Brez, Alta Val di Non, province of Trento in a quiet and panoramic area. Surrounded by a large private garden, equipped is a brand new facility.
It has spacious rooms each with a private bathroom. Rich in comfort (hairdryer, mini-bar, TV-SAT, internet WI-FI, ...) it is furnished in solid fir wood, sloping ceilings and typical South Tyrolean taste. Private parking.
The structure is suitable for elderly and / or disabled people thanks to the presence of a chair mounts-stairs.

Es ist eine sehr schöne /große /saubere/ sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir erhielten gute Tipps für Ausflüge.Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Meran/Bozen/Trient und natürlich auch für Wanderungen. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Loretta und Ihre Familie für den herzlichen Empfang.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren
Wir waren 6 Erwachsene auf Motorradurlaub. Super Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren. Viel Abstellplatz für 6 Motorräder mit Überdachung. Im Appartment alles was man braucht vorhanden. Einzig der Weg zum Supermarkt und dem einzigen Restaurant etwas weit zu Fuß (ca. 10 Minuten - bergab/bergauf). Aldo und Loretta waren super Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und praktisch, weil jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett und hat uns sowohl mit fehlenden Küchenutensilien, als auch mit Produkten aus der eigenen Produktion, sowie Ausflugstipps versorgt. Eine schöne und neue Wohnung in Ruhe.
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu und behindertengerecht. Sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad. Umgebung ist ruhig und friedlich, aber nicht zentral. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Leider dürfen sie erst ab 1. Oktober heizen, dadurch war die Wohnung sehr kühl, wenn nicht kalt. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber Weingläser habe ich schon vermisst. Die Bratpfannen dürften auch mal erneuert werden. Kein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa vorhanden. Dafür ist die Wohnküche mit grossem Tisch und TV der Treffpunkt. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich mehr zu empfehlen, wenn auch die Terrasse mit Grill benutzt werden kann.

Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub in Brez
Uns hat der Urlaub bei bei Familie Menghini in Brez sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Alles macht einen neuwertigen und sehr sauberen Eindruck. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unser kleiner Enkel hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gleich gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen Spielplatz. Nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt beginnen sehr schöne Wanderwege. Gern empfehlen wir diese schöne Unterkunft weiter.

Bewertung Ferienhaus Aldo Menghini
Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche bei der Fam. Aldo Menghini. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Ferienwohnung untergebracht, und hatten einen angehnemen Aufenthalt. Die ganze Familie Aldo Menghini war sehr freundlich und hilfsberiet. Ein besonderer Vorteil ist, das alle Zimmer mit Dusch/WC ausgestattet sind, was bei 8 Personen sehr Vorteilhaft war, auch die größe der Zimmer ist absolut top. ( Sehr schöne Zimmer ) Im Garten, mit seinem großen Freisitz, kann man die Sommerabende wunderbar genießen. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche sei erwähnt, das die Kaffeemaschiene zu klein ist. ( selbst bei wenigeren Leute ). Und etwas mehr Besteck wäre gut gewesen. WiFi war leider nur in der Küche vorhanden. ( Aber man kann sich damit arrangieren ) Alles zusammen, darf man sagen die Ferienwohnung ist toll und zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Fam. Aldo Menghini

Top renovierter Zustand mit traumhafter Lage
Das Haus ist wunderschön am Hang gelegen in ruhiger Lage. Aktuell ist daneben noch ein Haus im Bau, das logischerweise zu den Arbeitszeiten etwas Lärm macht, was uns aber nicht gestört hatte, da wir tagsüber eh nicht da waren. Alles ist top renoviert und schön in Holz gehalten. Das jedes Zimmer ein Bad und sogar einen kleinen Zusatzkühlschrank hat, ist wirklich angenehm. Was allerdings erst bei der Ankunft auffiel ist, dass kein Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist, weswegen es vermutlich auch als Unterkunft und nicht als Wohnung zählt. Die Küche dient damit eben als Aufenthaltsraum. Ich rechne diese Tatsache aber nicht der Wohnung zu, weil dadurch eben auch die Bäder vorhanden sind. Gasgrill mit Sitzbereich ist ebenfalls schön und die super netten Vermieter helfen wo es geht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten und geben viele Tipps und Ratschläge.

solide Wohnung mit allem was nötig ist
Alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad und sind mit schönen Holzmöbeln ausgestattet. Ein Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon. Sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Ein öffentlicher Spielplatz ist gegenüber dem Haus vorhanden. Ansonsten gibt es eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Was fehlt ist ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer oder ein Sofa wo sich alle Abends gemütlich treffen können. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
